Thank you for your review. According to the carrier’s tracking, your order experienced a brief weather-related delay and was then redirected per the delivery option requested. As of today, it’s available and ready for pickup at the FedEx Authorized ShipCenter in St. John’s. If you need any assistance coordinating pickup or have questions about the shipment, we will be glad to help through our support channels.
Product of high quality
Product of high quality, but had to return some of the garland which was too heavy. Customer service was prompt. Returns are not free, but not unreasonably priced.

Took a long time receiving the product
Took a long time receiving the product. Looked very fake (plasticy) and could certainly use more lights than just 100 lights for a 10 foot bough.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the Mountain Meadow Artificial Christmas Garland. We’re sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than expected. Our garlands are crafted with True Needle® foliage for durability and a lifelike look, but we understand that compressed shipping can sometimes affect how full the garland appears right out of the box. We recommend giving it a good fluffing and arranging the branches to achieve the layered, natural look shown online. Rest assured if you have other concerns please let us know.
Your product is of good quality
Your product is of good quality. My little tree looks great. I followed your instructions and appreciate the info provided. I was very happy to see that the tree I purchased online looked, worked and met all promises made on your website and your information that came along with the kit. The price is fair and the product is exactly as advertised.

Not sure, will know next year
I have had a real tree for 62 years. After trying to buy real tree this year, and not getting what I wanted, I looked at and bought an artificial tree. I’m hoping this tree is what I look for in a real tree. Next year will tell.

Christmas tree & garland
This year we ordered both a 7.5 ft pre-lit Christmas tree & a 10 ft pre-lit garland and they were both beautiful. The ordering process was easy. Both items arrived quickly & were exactly as described online.

Great look!!
We juste got the tree. It is beautiful, we love it. It looks like a real tree once you take the time to set it up right. We hope it’s going to last many years given the environmental footprint of fake trees. We chose Balsam because the quality seemed better, so we hope it’s going to be the case. Only time will tell.

A realistic looking tree
The tree arrived within a few days and looks very realistic. It is the perfect size for our space, I like the number of lights and that there is space to hang ornaments.
I was surprised the tree did not come with the “newer” LED mini lights with a few more lighting options.
We were pleased with quality of the tree and stand. I have not tried the storage bag that come with the tree. I may want a bag with wheels to make moving the tree easier.

Amazing tree
Amazing tree, so realistic and well-made. Came with a beautiful storage bag, thoughtful instructions, and all the necessary accessories. Got it in the Black Friday sale. Would buy from this company again, and love that it’s local in Ontario, and recycled plastic is used for the trees 🎄
