Balsam Hill CA Arvostelua

A very expensive star but cheaply made. I bought this imagining we would use it forever, but it's not even functional. The pole that's meant to hold it up doesn't insert properly, meaning we couldn't even use it this Christmas, and on top of that it's supposed to be attached to the tree with zip ties. I was excited to support a Canadian company, but I expected much better than this. We were outside of the return window when I contacted them and they said there's nothing they can do - for an item at this price that I received broken, I would expect something is possible... extremely disappointing

Top quality products delivered in a timely manner , nicely packagrf

I purchased three trees and our second tree had a problem with the lights they would flicker. I did ask at least four different times for suggestions and followed each suggestion as given. None of these worked but when I would give my results back I would never get a follow up response
Part of the problem was each time I requested help I wouid get a totally different agent,
I ended up getting rid of the tree (which was only four years old) because I felt it was a fire risk.
However I did turn around and purchase another one of your trees
Now there is loyalty but where was your loyalty to me

I ordered the Christmas tree and received it in a timely manner. I have not had a chance to set the tree up as I received it after Christmas. The lights work.

Super organized. Easy to put up easy to take down. Easy to build
Super glad I chose balsam hill.

We ordered our Christmas Tree after seeing a commercial. It arrived far faster than quoted, it was packed great, it looks great, and very happy with our purchase. Thank you.

Balsam Hill was great to deal with. They were quick, immediately replaced the item with an issue and were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Products of the highest quality backed by customer service that sincerely reflects the values of the company. I highly recommend any product from Balsam Hill to all.

Exceptional customer service! First time buying from this Company and would not hesitate to purchase again.

I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. The tree looks stunning, and the 5.5ft full version turned out to be the ideal size for my space. I was initially worried it might feel too large, but it's perfectly balanced and fits beautifully. The after-sales was also outstanding. I would recommend a Balsam Hill tree to others

The tree is beautiful. It fluffs up and doesn’t look scraggly. I have a slim 10 ft, and I love how it’s a big tree that doesn’t take up too much space

The tree was shipped quickly as outlined - looking forward to viewing the tree next Christmas

Excellent quality tree storage bag. Very heavy duty. It will last a lifetime. Great value.

Your products—that I have purchased—are absolutely gorgeous. The packaging is brilliant and can be reused for storage of the item. The shipping is efficient and hassle free. What’s not to like?

I ordered a lighted garland and a lighted wreath. The garland arrived with three lights out and within two weeks one half of the lights on the wreath were out.

I bought this tree after Christmas. The two boxes came quickly. I unpacked the boxes and put the tree in to the storage bags until christmas next year. I am eating the shipping. You want to know about the tree? Ask me next December.

I am so delighted, it's even more beautiful in person than in the photos, easy to set up, and you have everything you need to store it. I have been wanting a Balsam Flip Tree for over six years when you had to purchase them from the US. I am totally thrilled about my purchase and can’t wait to show off my incredible Christmas Tree next year. ❤️🎄❤️🎄❤️

Prompt delivery! Won’t set tree up till next Christmas.
