Balloons In The Box Arvostelua 

I just placed my first order with Balloons In The Box and had the privilege of speaking with their sales associate, Lisa.
It is my granddaughter's 21st birthday and due to a positive Covid 19 testing we are not able to be with her in person to celebrate her big occasion as we planned.
I wanted to be able to do something special for her and this was a last minute rush order and I was in a panic to make sure I placed the order correctly.
In these days of automation and technology, it is rare to actually be able to speak to a real live human being and this is where my good fortune came in. Not only was Lisa very knowledgeable of their products she also was very kind and patient with me as she explained exactly what I needed to do in order to select just what I wanted and made sure that the order was placed on a rush basis to get to my granddaughter in time for her birthday.
Although the package hasn't even been delivered yet, I have every confidence that I will be as pleased with their product as I am with Lisa's wonderful and knowledgeable customer service! Thank you, Lisa!

I HAVE BEEN EMAILING AND TRYING TO CALL A CONTACT NUMBER ABOUT MY SON'S 21ST BIRTHDAY DELIVERY STILL NO FREAKING DELIVERY AND THEY DID NOT PROVIDE HIS APT # ON 13TH ITS NOW THE 16 ??? GUESS I HAVE TO CALL BANK BECAUSE THEY SAY IT IS UPS. BUT ULTIMATELY I ORDERED THRU THEM ..DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO RESPONES STILL THANKS FOR RUINING IT

I purchased Balloons In The Box for my goddaughters 16th birthday. I recorded a message with the impression that there would be a QR code that she could scan to hear my voice delivering her a birthday message.
Although there were technical difficulties with the QR code, Balloons In The Box got it right with fixing the issue. The customer service was prompt with a fair resolution. The customer service representative was professional and polite.
I understand that things happen and because of the way they handled the situation, I would definitely use them again.

I paid for a recorded voice greeting. The card didn’t include the QR scannable that the recipient could use to listen to it.

It’s sad not to be able to be with your loved ones on their special day. Balloons in a box were extra awesome…. First the thrill of a HUGE box, then having balloons float out! So much fun!

My son did not receive my recorded message that was suppose to be included

No point in ordering balloons for sometimes birthday if they show up after the birthday.

Not what I expected. Recording was missing. The balloon was barely inflated. The card was simple. Basically, it's one balloon in a box that cost $25. Not worth it.

Overall item was great. With the exception that the balloons need to be somehow tethered so they do not fly out of the Box. When opened indoors you can catch the balloons when they hit the ceilings but if opened outdoors they just flowed away into the sky.

Balloons were partially deflated and could barely float. Very disappointed

Balloons arrived as ordered and on the day requested. Would definitely recommend Balloons in the Box.

I purchased this for my great niece who was turning 2 - she was so excited when the box opened and the balloons floated out. I was extremally happy with my experience.

My sister and her husband of 38 years had always enjoyed family camping at this "out-of-the way" campground area. Well, for her 70TH her husband rented a house and the chidren came to celebrate with her! The balloons arrived on time and according to the picture, very festive! Thank you for making her day a happy one!!
