You delivered it to the wrong address
You delivered it to the wrong address. I input an address in Knox Indiana. Your system reverted to Knox Michigan. There is no such place as Knox Michigan. No one contacted to get a correct address and when I called it said it was delivered. I confirmed with my recipient they mever got it. So it was delivered somewhere in Michigan to an incorrect address to an unknown recipient. This should have been avoided by contacting me as soon as thwy noticed there is no such place as Knox Michigan

I thought this idea of "Balloons in the…
I thought this idea of "Balloons in the Box" was quite unique until I actually saw that two balloons stating Happy Hanukah and Merry Christmas. I did NOT order those two balloons, I ordered different balloons to go with a Get Well Soon bouquet, that I made up for my 9 year old grandson. It was quite embarrassing to see only half my order was correct.
If you review my order you will see that I did not order holiday balloons.
I gave this a 3 rating because I think "Balloons in the Box" is a unique concept and I may consider placing an order sometime in the future. I hope if and when I do place another order it will be correct.

I gave thr correct address to balloons…
I gave thr correct address to balloons and they also gave UPS the correct address. Ups messed up and delivered to wrong address and I was tokd by balloons that u have to deal with ups directly and they completely removed themselves from any responsibility. I am in Barbados and it was very frustrating trying to get Ups to understand the situation. It's was a surprise for my boyfriends birthday and was ruined. Balloons took my money and did not care that ups messed up the delivery and has refused to acknowledge or compensate in any way. Waste of money and poor customer service and i will never use them or recommend them again and I will be posting on social media to share this mediocre level of service.

But please understand, however, that once it leaves our warehouse, it's in the care of UPS to deliver the balloon product on the correct date and address. I was excited because birthday balloons were able to be delivered to my mom who lives in a small town where local deliveries aren't an option. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the QR code wouldn't work for the voice recording we out on there for her.

Birthday Balloon Box
I hesitated between 4 and 5 because I am not the one who received the box. However, the recipient of the balloon box loved it, sent a picture of it, and it looked good.
Ordering the balloons was easy. I wished I could have had a choice in balloon designs, but understand that could become complicated.
The box arrived on her birthday which was a huge plus, it had the correct age on the balloon, and appeared undamaged.
I would order from here again.
