Overall a good experience
We were running out of time to order balloons for our Launch event and I organically came across the company through a google search. The process for placing the order was really simple and intuitive - it guides on on building your balloon. Things got a tiny bit confusing after placing the order due to an inconsistency with the supplier name domain? I had balloonprinting and then Bonza balloons. I gathered they were the same company after a little while but because I was ordering multiple items from lots of suppliers I was a little confused... overall a good experience.

Superb customer service
I ordered some balloons via the website and when I called, was given some very helpful advice. When the preview came through, I asked for an amendment to see if they could add a character for me. I then received above and beyond expectations, images which I was super pleased with. Superb customer service, thank you!

The order was compleated in a reasonable time and arrived exactly on time . I got an email as soon as I placed the order but nothing aftyer that. I phoned to check that everything was ok. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful.
