If i could give 0 stars I would, I order 2 months ago and apparently royal Mail couldn’t deliver the parcel due to my address being incorrect apparently, I contacted Royal Mail and they confirmed the address on the computer was correct but advised must of been an issue with official address on the parcel. Clearly this has been done on purpose as since I have told the ballerina nails the tracking shows parcel being returned to them they just ignore. Major scamming company do not fall victim like me!

This organisation deserves negative ratings. Clippers broke on third use. No response to emails sent separately and via their website, Telephone call diverted to answering service. The product is not fit for purpose.
No company details/address on website. Return address 5 Trident Way, Southall so will try Trading Standards. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

Bad bad bad!!! Avoid!!! I didn't get the parcel, no refund, no response from them regarding fixingthis situation! The parcel looks delivered but not to me. I hope to fail with this business ASAP! People don't deserve to be scammed by this company! My order was made in December last year, we are in March and still nothing 🤬🤬🤬

Please avoid!!! I have been waiting over 2 months for my order and have no idea when I will receive it.I have asked for refund but they are refused.It was supposed to be 2 weeks delivery 😡

Not even worth a one star! I ordered a nail set way back in early December and the item has still not arrived - still in the Netherlands apparently. I keep emailing them but get the 'Oh it's covid' excuse and, even though I have asked for a refund, nothing is forthcoming. I noticed today that their website no longer comes up so I assume that's my money disappeared.

Having previously posted on Jan 9th I have now received the said order but will definitely won't be ordering from these jokers 86 days to receive a parcel I was led to believe was in stock but was imported from China ...absolutely disgusting customer service BEWARE

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It is a scam, they are taking the money and never sent the parcel. I ordered a nail set in september 2021 and now it is 21 January 2022 and still did not receive my order. I wrote many emails to them and they are doing fun of me.

Absolutely appalling company. Been waiting since early November for package and tracking link shows no movement since November 20th. Have emailed them several times asking for a refund, which has been refused. They keep fobbing me off saying there have been some issues in transit. I have zero faith that the package will ever arrive. Very quick to take £93 of my money. Absolute scam in my opinion and this company should not be allowed to trade. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR STUFF!! Spend your money elsewhere with a reputable company.

WARNING Don't even bother to order from this site it's a con. They take your money and don't send your order. They send you a tracking number that doesn't even exist.

Finally arrived. All products marked Phoenix as in picture and all items there. However, there was no presentation, just everything shoved in a square box, just all jammed in and even one side of the box was crushed. This is no way to sell an item esp for a Xmas present. You think you are getting from the U.K. but it’s always from bloody China these days. Hope it’s not the rubbish I usually get from China.

I paid well over a month ago for a nail set witch was 93 pound if I’d of known it was coming from China I wouldn’t of have got no response from the company the tracking says it’s in the destination witch is not U.K. it’s Italy this company is conning people and getting away with it

This people (not to say any bad word) are taking ages to deliver. Reading the reviews I'm scared it will never arrive, which I would report to the competent authorities for fraud. There must be a way to stablish that the quality of the product doesn't fit the price and report all these complaints for not adjusting to trading standards.

Ordered a Pedicure set for just short of £30 and then discovered same ting on Amazon for a third of the price so smelling a rat I looked at the reviews. Then immediately tried to cancel my order and even raised a complaint with PayPal who found against me straight away. What it did do it would seem is to make the company (Chinese) get the delivery in gear and it actually arrived in 10 days. Wish they hadn't bothered - the standard of the equipment is outrageous and would not stand up to any serious use. Not even good enough to trim the Budgies claws. Disgusted to say the least and also annoyed that PayPal appear to support this company.
