Sucks. Paid 1000 for 5th Floor access and totally bitchy staff blew me off told my to got to the cheaper seats. Have been waiting for resolution for30 minutes. Unbelievably unprofessional. Did us a huge favor seating us on the 5th floor 1000 dollars tickets we booked.

After playing the game and watched hundreds of videos. And after cashing out multiple "rewards" and waiting the 7 days for funds to be released I was then informed I had to collect multiple fruits then funds would be released which are absolutely unobtainable. Don't waste your time with this app they will rob you of valuable time in your life. Contacted the company time and no response.

We came from South Africa to be part of the 2024 balldrop. What a disaster.
We were standing in the queue from 12h00 untill +- 18h30 only to be informed that all streets were filled up. According to me the NYPD had no clue what they were doing. We are so disappointed. Will never come back again

Bought tickets for a party of 4 with VIP status(Dec 2022) for the party at Appleby’s 50th St for New Year’s Eve over the phone. The event turned out
to be a big disappointment for the amount of money that we spent(699.00 per person). It was supposed to be a once in a lifetime event. According to the advertisement, the appetizers/buffet/dessert were
supposed to be served until 11:30pm. Not. The food was put away (around 10:40) and the
dessert line was so long that by the time I got up there were small (around 10:50) round
rolls that you wouldnt even buy at a corner store. The private table was so small, and we were packed into the room like sardines. The dance floor was so small that if you wanted to dance, you had to stand in place at your table and move your arms. If you needed to walk from point A to point B you had to wiggle in between the tables. Then around 11:30 everyone began leaving the room and congregated in the hallways, elevators and stairways waiting to go outside to see the ball drop. There was no champagne as promised, and we were so packed in the hallways, and stairs near the front door, I was concerned there was going to be a stampede. Also, when 2 people in my party asked for wine, each received maybe less than 2 ounces of wine. Also, we saw people who had fancy looking desserts, but they were out when we got up to the dessert table Once our waiter served our drinks, our waiter was non-existent. This was not a VIP experience and my recommendation is DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON BALLDROP.COM. It is a rip off. We contacted the company and they didnt respond. They dont even deserve 1 star.

Paid a lot of money for
me and my people just to be standing in the rain on a long ass line. Security guards are rude.

A horror show of a New Year's Eve. Event. Paid $225 per ticket for an event that was supposed to start at 9PM. They were understaffed and unprepared for all of us. After standing online in the rain past 10PM, we still were not inside. We and many people left - feeling scammed. Ruined our New Year's eve. Demanding a refund or will commence an action. Would not recommend this company.
