Balgores Leasing Arvostelua

Team at Balgores were great.

Sourced an instock deal for me, start to finish was 3weeks from first call to delivery! Sent photos of the car, held my hand the whole way through and were easily contactable when i needed. Great service throughout and even followed up a few days after delivery to check everything was ok.

100% would recommend to anyone and will use again without question.

Everything went smooth and efficient. After receiving my car, I have had call to check up on how things have been going and the reassurance of having the company still there.

The team at Balgores, especially Katie and Josie, made the experience very easy, straight forward and simple. They were very willing to answer all my questions from the ridiculous to serious ones, but they handled it all seemlessly.

An experienced team - that provide great communication, whether that be on the phone and in email. They also search for the best deals available.
Excellent customer service 10/10.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Mark and Katie were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend using Balgores to friends and family.

Pleasant experience from start to finish. Good comms and easy to work with.

I dealt with Andrew and Katie, who were both professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I’ve now received my brand-new car and couldn’t be happier with it.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a car!

Best Wishes

The company was helpful from start to finish. I got the car I wanted and delivered at a time that suited me

Really pleased, I got the best price and fast delievery. I couldn't have asked for more.

I have now been with Balgores for my 5th car, always helpful and easy process, and have not yet beaten their deals..

Ordered car (EV) and was asked to pay broker fee up front. Day before car was due got a call to say it had a coolant problem and needed to go back to VW for a fix. Not wanting to have a ‘lemon’ car (EV plus coolant is a big issue) we cancelled and assumed we would get the broker fee back. Only when chasing a week later was I told the contract with Balgores mentioned no fees were repayable. Understand the fault was with the VW dealer/car but to be stiffed for almost £300 and have no car is a joke and feels like really shady practice. Have since found an alternate deal where the broker fee is not asked for up front and is refundable. With so much choice I’d stay clear of this outfit. Ultimately we shouldn’t have assumed the fee was refundable so be warned and dont fall for it like we did

Fantastic experience with Andrew and Katie....Responded in a timely manner, secured a fantastic deal. Process was simple and easy. Highly recommend

Over the years my wife and I have used Balgores to lease 4 cars. Each time the process has been efficient and easy. The collection of old vehicles and delivery of new has all been arranged by Balgores and worked seamlessly every time. I’d recommend Balgores leasing.

This is my third lease and after having a break from it again dipped my toe back in, looking at different sites, loads of deals and obviously there is plenty to look at online. After having nailed down the vehicle I wanted, spec, price and colour I made some enquiries.

Some replied relatively quickly but Charlie at Balgores replied within minutes and replied to my numerous questions which were knowledgable and reassuring. I have to say I was impressed with Charlie from the outset and nothing was too much trouble. This positive attitude got my business.

Since I placed the order I have been dealing with Treena pretty much ever since and she was equally as professional, courteous and thorough. Through Treena I changed the delivery date of the new car to suit my needs and again, no quibbles, just really professional throughout.

If you are in the market for a lease vehicle then please save yourself the work I did and lease with Balgores. You honestly won’t regret it. Both Charlie and Treena are a credit to this company.

Thank you for sorting it out for me Charlie and Treena.

Neil.

This was my first personal car lease and Balgores were very helpful through the whole process with no pressure to go with any lease. Callum and Treena kept me updated through the whole process, including some delays caused by the finance company. They were quick to process everything as it came through and were very helpful when I wanted to change to an updated model with a better lease rate. I would be very happy to use Balgores again.

Whole process from start to finish was supported by the Balgores team. From advice with the initial order options, through delivery support, regular updates and a post delivery call to ensure everything was OK with the vehicle and the level of service provided.

Fantastic service, Treena and Charlie are great. Highly recommend!!

From initial contact and discussion on choosing a vehicle with Andrew through to contractual agreement and delivery process with Josie and Katie, I found the experience very professional, thorough and friendly. I would recommend Balgores, and in particular Josie, Katie and Andrew.

I frequently use Balgores for my personal leasing, and also the business leasing of vans and cars for my staff.
They are helpful, responsive, and so far have always been able to give the best price on the vehicles I select. I personally deal with Steve and he has always been excellent.
