VW iD3 Pro Lease
This is my first time leasing a car, Balgores couldn't have been more helpful.
I enquired via WhatsApp and Charlie got back to me extremely quickly with options on the VW iD3 I was interested in.
Finance checks were quick and easy, and Charlie was quick to answer my questions, he even managed to get me a cheaper deal overall!
After signing the hire agreement I was contacted by Balgores to let me know the car could be delivered the following week.
From initial inquiry to delivery of a brand new car was 9 days!
Couldn't be happier with the service, and with the car.
I will definitely be using Balgores again in the future.

Day after car arrived engine managemnet light cam eon so we are now waiting for our appointment to take the car in to get checked. Balgores leasing were really good tro deal with prior to all the problems wit hthe car.

We are glad to hear that you mostly had a positive experience prior to delivery. I believe you have been speaking with Kate here at our office who has helped with a resolution regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle on delivery and we hope to have restored your confidence in our services moving forward.
First Class Service from Balgores Leasing agents
Balgores Leasing agents arranged my first lease car and I have returned to them for my new car. They are always friendly and helpful. Due to the actual lease company taking their time giving me a new quote for an extension to my contract, and then almost doubling the price, I was left with just 2 weeks to arrange a new car. I spoke to Andrew at Balgores not only did he sort me a new car but had it delivered in just over a week and his office arranged collection of my old car on the same day. Excellent service! Highly recommended.
