Could not deliver an order on time on Mother's day. Ruined the special day.

Very unprofessional, poor service. There's no tracking system. No one responded on the phone number and email id given on the website. They really need to update their website, their tracking feature ctually dones't show anything. I wish I could give zero rating. I will never recommend anyone to buy any product from them

Through online, I ordered a Barbie doll cake worth Rs 1599 for my cousin's birthday for 14th Feb 2022 on 8th of February.They first said cake will be delivered by afternoon 12. I kept calling them and they kept moving the delivery time by 30 minutes. After 15 calls they delivered at 6 pm and that too a damaged cake. Due to poor handling, one side of the cake got stuck to the cake box. The birthday girl was disappointed and we had to bring in another normal cake in a hurry for the party. Never ever going to order at this place again.

was my first order with bakingo and the cake was too rough, rubbery, hard and breaking into pieces. It was not baked properly. I normally order from Ammas pastry, Just Bake or Cake zone. I regret my choice for my sons bday this time.

I placed an order for Red Velvet Cake of 1.5 Kgs with clear instructions about the message on the cake.

I even had a chat via live help and called customer care to reiterate the requirement so that there are no screw ups.

To my HORROR, they just did that.

The Cake delivered was 1 KG & 0.5 KG separately and the message needed was split into half for each of the cakes. This is highly disappointing and frustrating as a customer. The cake was supposed to be delivered during the late hours i.e. between 11-12 AM but was delivered much sooner by 10-11 PM, the cake delivered was slightly cracked apart with the icing and the taste turned out to be totally not fresh.

Worst cake.No value for money.Paid 1349 for pinata cake even a novice will prepare a good cake.Won’t recommend this to anyone.Even a cake in roadside tea shop tastes good better than bakingo cake.

Horrible experience after ordering two cakes for my daughters birthday. Ordered a pull key up and a butterscotch cake, but they sent old stock. After having the cake, we fell sick (our stomach start aching in sometime and my daughter kept puking the whole night) and the syrup given for pull me up cake, was just a colored water and it just flowed down, the ultimate purpose of cake was lost. Pathetic guys..

Dry and stale cake and irresponsible response from customer care to make it worse. Never going back. Old renown companies have good customer support and this experience was a polite reminder to myself to not experiment with food.

The cake is absolutely worth the price. Delicious and will order again. Try it!!
