Scam. Never received product after a month. Don't bother emailing them, you'll just get an auto response. I disputed through my bank.

I ordered a cup for my daughter for Christmas and I have not received the cup yet.I can't even find out how to get my money back.I am very disappointed in this company.I will let everyone know not to buy from this website.

Scam they stole my money I canceled an order my daughter placed before it was shipped and they still took money out of my account and I never received the item. SCAMMERS AND THIEFS!

This is an absolute chinese scam.
Purchased what i thought was a mineral mug along with expedited shipping. I ordered a month ago and just now received the item.
It is a small plastic mug painted to resemble the mineral mug that is advertised. Stay away very far away from these low life scam artists.

False advertising of product. Shipping is a nightmare. The bio on site leads you to believe it is a New Jersey run small business. This is false the item comes from China, if you even get the item. Been waiting a month now. Have corresponded with them but only receive standardized text . No help with information about items supposedly shipped. I feel this is definitely a scam. A hundred dollars and NO response or product

My experience with this online company has been exceedingly disappointing. It has been two months since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive it. Furthermore, there have been no updates regarding shipping. This company demonstrates poor service and should reconsider its operations.

Ordered Stanley Stitch tumbler in early December. Tracking showed shipped from China two weeks after ordering. Then showed it arriving at LAX. A week later, tracking showed it was still in China. A month later, still no product and received a warning that my phone had been hacked when I clicked on tracking details.

We ordered a “crystal” mug. Atrocious piece of epoxy crap! Looks absolutely NOTHING like the pictures. Absolute rip off!!!!!

I received the purple crystal mug and instead of crystal, it's made from plastic. It doesn't look anything like on the page and no crystal is light weight like it. It can't be microwaved, because the drink sits in a very small metal cup inside it. I want to return and get my money back. This is false and deceptive advertising. There's only an email to contact for refunds. I emailed them and yet to even receive a verification that they received my message and working on it.

Not selling what is advertised. Thought I was buying a Stanley Stitch tumbler but when it arrived after 3 weeks it didn't have the Stanley logo like in the product photos. In order to get a refund I would have to ship it back to China. Not worth it for the cost of the product. Do not buy from this website!

Ordered on 11/28, wont advise tracking out of china. Goes into limbo. Had notice of arrival to USA 2 days before Christmas. I followed up for status update, and did not get any response, instead got updated shipping showing it never was sent, and now is showing it just left China on 12/29/2024. Wild they do not respond/advise/help at all. Would not recommend.

Said 12-15 ounces, not even 8. Cheap, light, sharp edges on handle. Worthless P.O.S.

I ordered this item early December and I still haven’t recieved it yet. They also didn’t state where they’re shipping item from, and they didn’t give an option for an faster shipping method. Let’s hope the item isn’t damaged. Terrible experience with this company.

As many have said, this site sells cheap knockoffs which also take forever to arrive. I ordered a “Stanley” cup. It took weeks to arrive from China and when it finally did, it was a cheap knockoff. I asked for a return label and a refund, and they replied back that they would give me a 5% discount on my next purchase instead (what a joke). After that they stopped replying to my emails asking for a return label and refund. Selling knockoffs is also illegal! Avoid at all costs!

Scam! Don’t buy from this company. Items never arrive. Cheap and fake. Claim to sell Stanley tumblers and from what I’m reading they are cheap and fake. I wouldn’t know because mine never even arrived.

These are knockoff Stanley’s! Don’t do it! Just a normal tumblr. Customer service is also trash and don’t respond. Chinese company

I wish I would have looked into the site before ordering. I ordered, never got shipping info and it’s been over a month and have not received my cups. Also, sent 3 emails to customer service with no response and they now don’t have a phone number. DONT USE! We are now out $120 and no cups and no way to get money back!
