SCAM!!!! Worse purchasing experience ever!!!!! After almost one month I received a defective tumbler: the lid didin't close properly , and the printed words were misspelled.
I sent'many emails to their Customer Service department and after more than a week they responded asking for pictures and a video. I sent everything twice and now they have told me that as their HQ has moved to China from California, I will have to pay for the sipping!!! And that they don’t send shipping labels. Another solution they offered was to send me a gift card that is equivalent to 50% of the cost!!! Why would I ever want to buy a defective product again.
This is unacceptable.

I contacted to Bake Everything and asked why my two orders show label in receipt in China on 1-12-25. There have been no further updates and when I asked why there has been no change, I was told they have no control over the shipper. Therefore, I have no idea when I will receive my orders.
I tried sending other emails to their info@bakeeverything and I get a mail failure.
I WOULD SUGGEST THAT NO ONE BUYS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT THEY CAN'T TELL YOU WHERE YOUR PRODUCT IS LOCATED. I KNOW I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I HAVE TRIED CANCELLING MY ORDER, BUT GET A EMAIL NOTICE THAT MY EMAIL CANNOT BE DELIVERED. I HAVE LOOKED FOR A PHONE NUMBER ZND THEY DO NOT LIST ONE. I BELIEVE THEY ARE A SCAM.

Fake Stanley cup, monogram looked nothing like pictured, product had a noticeable paint chip and I waited a month and a half for a crappy product. Stay away!

Ordered the “Crystal” Coffee mug and candle. Only received the coffee mug which was completely plastic and never received the candle. They wanted me to ship it back to the address that it was supposedly mailed from (California Is where they said it was shipped from). The address I received to ship it back to was in China and it will cost more to ship it back then I would be refunded. Bought these as a Christmas gift and even paid for expedited shipping to get it in time which was received a month later. This company is a joke! Do not buy from them!

Got an email at 3:03am saying package delivered. I was wth so I looked all over the next morning and nothing was there. I even walked to my neighbors house plus check my cameras no deliveries. So yes please don’t order from them.

They need to change their name to FakeEverything.
I ordered the Olivia Rodrigo Stanley for my daughter; received it weeks later and all fake except the Stanley logo on the lid. FakeEverything shipped it from an address in CA. I contacted customer service and they said I could return it to their headquarters in China (recently relocated), but customer must pay for shipping OR I could keep the scam product for 20% refund OR I could receive a 50% off coupon for a future purchase.

I ordered what I believed to be Stanley tumblers and they are not. I ordered 5 for my daughter’s bridesmaids and the coloring is not what was pictured. In addition no phone number to call just email. I have requested to return for a refund in each email and I have emailed 6 times and each time is just an automated response. HORRIBLE! This place should not be in business.

Had to rate 1 star to continue, but in reality I rate them negative 1000 stars. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered 2 mini blender bottles December 2nd. still haven’t received them on January 31st. I’ve demanded refund and they refuse. Keep saying items are in transit. Tracking info shows they haven’t moved since 1/7. Repeatedly asked for refund, supervisor contact info. All ignored. DON’T DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES!!!

This place is a complete scam. I would never recommend ordering from them. I ordered a cup labeled as an authentic Stanley and it showed up over month later and is completely fake, doesn’t even have a logo. I tried emailing the day I made the order to cancel it, and a few times after in the following week, and they never did. The item did not even ship until three weeks later. Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company! Complete scam and everything is a fake! Customer service is a joke as well! They will not give you a refund and they will not respond to you within a reasonable amount of time! They say their company is US based but their warehouse is out of China for now which is also a lie. Stay away!!! Will be looking for my refund thru my credit card company.

Product not as described. I would avoid doing business with this company. Their response times are incredibly slow. I ordered a water bottle from their website. It was not as described on their site and it has such a strong chemical odor that it is unusable. Forget about returns and refunds. Everything comes from China, so you'll lose money shipping it back, and they don't offer full refunds. Shop somewhere else.

They advertise name brand products (Stanley cups, for example) for the price you would expect for a name brand product, but send counterfeit items. I placed an order on December 4, 2024 and did not receive what I ordered until around January 20, 2025. What's more annoying is they tried to say it was delivered well before anything arrived. Customer service was probably AI. I reported the scam to my credit card company and was able to get my money back. Do not buy anything from this site.

Would give minus stars if possible! Absolutely the worst purchase experience of my 64 years on earth. I purchased the crystal mugs only to receive the smelliest and most disgusting PLASTIC mugs that are hideous with a metal insert for the beverage. Ugly, SCAM, pieces of crap that wasted the energy to be mailed. Informed my credit card company and made copies of all efforts to reach the unreachable SCAM company.

My "crystal" cups that i have been waiting for 40 days now , finally came and they are NOT crystal but plastic. I ordered for Christmas gifts, and obviously late, and now I get and cheap as hell. I will not give them as gifts. I'm so disappointed.

I ordered the quartz coffee mugs👎😂So that’s what they were suppose to be you should be sued for false advertising what a f…ing rip off. Will not ever buy from here stop ripping the public off

The mineral coffee cups are a scam! The cup you receive is plastic and looks nothing like the picture they advertise with.

Order was late - informed it was "ready to ship" Dec 13, but didn't arrive until Jan 3rd. The box was dented and collapsing. The Stanley (which was counterfeit) was broken - the plastic piece on the lid that holds the straw snapped with no way to replace or repair the piece. There was a large scratch on the side wall of Stanley. I asked for a refund, and they only offered 25% refund (arbitrary?), unless I wanted to ship the broken item back to China (on my dime and be sure to include a tracking number and don't declare too high of value or they would be forced to pay customs taxes)... and only then would they refund me the $60 I paid for a P.O.S. Never again.

If I could give no stars I would this is a complete scam company DO NOT BUY FROM HERE they FALSELY ADVERTISE STANLEY CUPS its a FAKE everything is from china it took my order 45 days to come and then it was all cracked and broken and fake.

This place is a Chinese scam. Items are not as portrayed. Items received after months of waiting are shit. Stay away from Bake Everything

In the product description, they claim that it’s a Stanley cup. It says it in the title and image. Once I received the product, there is no mention of a Stanley on any part of the cup. I emailed Bake Everything and this was their response:

Be aware of what you’re purchasing from this store. Even though there is a US shipping address, they state that you need to ship the product to China for a refund. Shipping to China is way more costly than the cup itself. They use this practice to deter returns and you’re stuck with the product that was falsely advertised.
