Bailey and Co Arvostelua

Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond!

I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible support, and dedication by Dion and Karen has shown throughout my case. From day one, they were not only knowledgeable and efficient but also genuinely caring and understanding.

Their communication was always clear and timely, keeping me informed and reassured at every stage. They made a complex and often stressful process feel manageable, and their attention to detail gave me real confidence that I was in the best possible hands.

What truly set them apart, though, was the way they went above and beyond in so many ways – always willing to go that extra mile to ensure the best outcome for me. It’s rare to come across someone so committed, empathetic, and capable.

Thank you for everything.

Excellent service received. I order glasses for a Farewell gift and there was a delay with the delivery. After communicating with Bailey that I needed it by a certain date, she made sure it was delivered on time.

Beautiful product. Excellent service.

Beautiful bed side tables!
I was surprised when they arrived as I had not paid attention to measurements and assumed they were standard size. I wasn’t sure they would fit the space.. .
But they fit perfectly and I really like the longer size.
They’re very well made and enhance the look of our master bedroom.
Thank you.

Bailey and co was fantastic. Courier company not so much: package delivered to wrong address which caused a lot of unpleasantness and anxiety. They also did not seem motivated to correct their mistake.

I was delighted with the cushions that I ordered. They were even more stunning than in the pictures. I definitely recommend Bailey & Co

Fantastic service in that my rug was delivered quickly, however the link to track my parcel was useless as the communication did not contain tracking information and the courier tracking system requires this information.

My rug is beautiful and great quality. It is exactly the same as the 8mage on the website

Absolutely beautiful bedside tables, and the service I received was amazing x

Truly was a pleasure purchasing from Baileyandco!

Items were delivered fast and was packed with so much care and received a personalised handwritten note too!
