If I could, I would rate all Baidu products zero stars. Their systems—from technology to AI, Chrome compatibility, and overall user experience—are incredibly frustrating and poorly designed.

Because of their monopoly in China, they seem to disregard individual customer concerns. In my experience with the Baidu Health app, they charged me without delivering the promised services and then refused to issue a refund. It was by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any service provider.

Too many ads, even in the homepage. For some popular key words, more than a half results are ads.

A cheap replacement of Google , or you can call it the Chinese Google, it's not as good as Google and it's harder to find foreign sites on baidu. Would not recommend.
