I love the design of the bag. But, it is not Leather. It smells like I don't know what. Rubber? Plastic. I would not recommend buying their products.

I ordered a bag from this company, and it was shipped out the next day. It took a couple of weeks to get to me, but it was well worth it. I love this bag! it's good quality and looks just like the pics. I'll be ordering more from them. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience. The bag isn’t even leather. It feels and smells plastic. And the shipping? Ridiculous. The service they use for US shipping basically drops off the map and leaves you guessing on when you’ll get your package. For the price, quality, and customer experience…stay away! Save your disappointment for something else.

I ordered 2 separate bags over a period of avere weeks and they both arrived exactly as I expected and actually the quality is worth the low price I paid . The delivery took a bit longer but besides that the product is very well made . The customer service was excellent also .

I ordered a bag through them and they sent the incorrect bag. They sent me a label to ship back and I had to go to the post office on wait in line for 45 minutes. The bag comes back to me with the wrong address. I could prove it through emails now they want me to use another shipping label and have me pay my own money to repackage it again. Now they won’t send another prepaid label to have it picked up, which is not difficult. The worst experience I’ve ever had after 25 emails of harassment and being bullied about demanding me shipping it back to the post office is an unprofessional company very leery of them. What company demands with 25 + emails about how they won’t help you with their mistakes and demand things from their customer. Company is dishonest with me.

I ordered a bag from Bagvard which they shipped to me in South Africa at their cost. I received my bag whithin a reasonable time and the quality is wow. The customer service was great , my concerns were addressed promptly and it turned out that I have nothing to worry about but to trust the process. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Excellent and very responsive customer service. Reasonable shipping time. For the price, the bags are excellent quality. Unfortunately one of my bags came with big stains on the leather, inside the bag. The second, a black bag, was perfect. I don't understand how they can send out stained bags. if ordering from them, which you should do, ask that they confirm a quality check to avoid this from happening. However, when I reached out to customer service, they immediately offered to send me a new bag free of charge due to the stain on the first bag. That is great customer service and this company is excellent. Highy recommended.
