I have been so pleased with the quality of the blankets that have been produced and my design was just how I wanted it to be. I have ordered three blankets as presents over the last year and they have been well received. My granddaughters have been delighted with them. I also had wallpaper printed in the design of my choice and this was fantastic. My granddaughter has all her horse friends on the wall now.

Very unhappy. I have received a damaged order which is for an 80th birthday present. I contacted 'customer services' a call centre in India that were unhelpful and cannot give me timescales for resolution other than plucking wildly different things out of thin air. There is no customer service, I have no information and do not know if there will be a resolution. I now need to go elsewhere and spend out more money. I want my money back Bags of Love / Contrado. I don't appreciate being fobbed off and will never use this company again.

I ordered 2 tea towels with my selected images printed on them. Very easy to do using my phone. The quality of print and product was superb, excellent communication throughout the process right up to delivery. Fast, efficient service, can’t recommend enough.

Amazing service and beautiful job at personalising a candle for my mum she loves it so much thank you ,and thank you for very fast delivery I ordered very last min and didnt expect delivery til later this week but got my order Saturday morn and only ordered it thurs night very happy with that service thank you.

The quality is perfect! I was delighted with my recent purchase of a personalised microfiber towel. The print was clean and crisp and the colours were so vibrant. I have ordered many items from this company and I have been delighted with them all.

Absolutely lovely products and arrived really quickly - great value and fantastic quality

Three things stood out to me about this company enough to make me want to leave this review.
1) The turnaround time was incredibly fast-I had it in my hands much sooner than with other print-on-demand companies I've tried.
2) The print quality was magnificent-my tea towel was bright and glowing in the best way. (It was a gift for someone else, and even though I sent it and they love it, the item looked so good I almost wanted to keep it for myself.
3) All communications from Bags of Love were friendly, timely, and kept me well-informed about my item's journey to me.

You can't really say fairer than all that, and I'll definitely use them again.

A professional, thoughtful, customer service team coupled with an excellent production result and really terrific final product. This was the second item I ordered here, the first being a small leather pouch which came out perfect.

The design environment is second to none, even for a first time user. It is easy to upload, edit and manipulate photos to orient the view precisely how you want it to look

My second product was a shirt that ultimately was too small for the recipient. After a few email exchanges with a very helpful customer service team, we agreed on a solution to remake the shirt. The remade product is perfect.

I ordered a blanket on Sunday evening. Uploaded the 6 photos with ease bar one pic that i just couldn’t line up quite right but it looked ok and I’m not the most patient so placed the order. I could not believe when I received email confirmation on Monday to say it had been despatched and even more shocked when it turned up early Tuesday morning. But the biggest delight I had was the quality of the item - the blanket is perfect. And the photo I struggled to align had been done for me! I genuinely cannot believe what a great experience I had - thank you. I also have to name check Asif who I spoke to on webchat. Very polite and informative. Thank you again.
