Bags of Love Arvostelua 

My true intention of this review is to prevent anyone wasting their money on truly inferior quality product with Bags of Love.
The subsequent after-sales customer service I received was horrendous! An utter nightmare and it is still continuing.

Firstly, when I highlighted this poor quality photo canvas to Bags of Love (immediately upon delivery receipt 20.12.24), I was offered 10% refund or 10% towards next sale. In my next email, I included various UK customer rights legislation and I was then offered 20%.
Email correspondence have been on- going for up to and including today 17th January 2025 (almost a month since delivery). This issue is still unresolved.

In every email, I have have to keep re-iterating my rights and explaining the situation.
Coincidentally, most email replies from Bags of Love are not signed off, so you have no idea with whom you are dealing with. This is most unprofessional.

I returned the inferior quality product as I was promised I will get my full refund of €136 upon doing so.
I did this on 30.12.24 using the Irish postal service/ An Post. The receipt reference was emailed to Bags of Love. There was no designated returns address provided, therefore I checked the company registrations office for the registered company address and posted it there.

Bags of Love are still being difficult and not at all supportive. They argued that this address is not the returns address. I am still fighting my case. I will never deal with Bags of Love ever again and it is my wish that other potential customers are warned away.

UPDATE - after I posted this review, Bags of Love emailed stating that I could get a full refund once I considered taking down my Trustpilot review. This was blackmail!!!!! ... and they kept emailing me to do so. I got my money back but purposely kept this post up ..in order to warn others as to exactly what type of company you are dealing with!

Having previously successfully ordered from this company, I am severely dissatisfied and disappointed this time round.
I placed my order on the 13th January after several phone calls and on line chats. The customer service representatives were discourteus and unhelpful.I should have realised that this was a warning of what was to come.
I received an email on the 14th saying that it was being reprinted. To quote 'to ensure its perfect' It arrived on the 17th. The image is off centre and at an angle. It looks terrible and as a display item unusable. It was ordered for a presentation ceremony. I immediately contacted them and was repeatedly told over the course of the next 2 days that they would get back to me in 2 hours. Today, Piral repeatedly said she was going to call me back within 5 minutes. Needless to say that never happened. Finally, at just gone 7pm I called again to be told it wasn't going to be reprinted as it was due to the manufacturing process, that I could have a discount voucher on my next order (as if I would ever use them again) and that it was usable. They are currently refusing a refund on this basis. So I am left in tears having wasted 2 days over this with nothing to present, £55 plus out of pocket and having to face complaining to PayPal, the Managing Director and seeking legal advice. There is no complaints procedure, you can't speak to a manager, the technical team. All this could have been avoided on the Tuesday if they called (as they have done on previous orders) to say it wasn't technically possible and to cancel the order. Plus I can't see how it isn't technically possible given the previous good quality of orders.

Terrible service from Bags of love. Have used this company many times but twice in a row my image has been printed onto the wrong fabric. They provide a sample pack with specific fabrics, but apparently when the rolls change you get a different fabric even if it's not the one you've ordered. The best they offered was a 10% voucher for this error and a massive lack of empathy or care, they tried to convince me that the different roll was in the same fabric when in fact it wasn't and was clearly proved by photographs. The quality of their fabrics is reducing and their service is waste of money and time. Go elsewhere to get your fabric printed!!

"Bags of Love (USA/UK is a part of Contrado Imaging Ltd., so, the same company) were very helpful and patient with me. They went WAY out of their way to make my daughter's blanket look the way that I envisioned it to be. I was very nit-picky, and they worked very hard to make everything, to my requested specs. My Blanket turned out BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED!!! I was SOOO happy with it, that I actually Cried, once we opened and looked at the final product. I couldn't find anything negative to say, even if I tried. I think that they are LITERALLY BY FAR, the VERY BEST COMPANY, that I've EVER worked with, in my Entire Lifetime!!!!! Everything about the product, quality-wise, is FANTASTIC! The colors and images are true to (My) computer screen, with the correct color profile assigned to the file. The thickness from front to back of the "Faux Fur Blanket, prod# 1465, is between, 1/2"-3/4" wide. Everything is super-soft, colorful, well sewn, and they do Tremendous work, that ships in a VERY short turn-around time, from the UK---And, I could NEVER EVER THANK THEM ENOUGH!!!"

I try to design a few clothes and accessories, and Bags of Love are now the only company I’d use for printing. It’s absolutely worth paying a little more for the excellent quality, good customer service and quick production. I also like that each step of the process is overseen rather than done automatically, because sometimes it’s difficult to properly line up intricate designs on the online template, so it’s reassuring to know someone is checking there aren’t any mistakes.

I was sceptical of how my design, photos would turn out, however 3 days after ordering my blanket arrived. Wow, my blanket to gift my mother in law for Christmas was perfect. Everyone has commented on the quality and how beautiful it is. Thank you!!

I wished there was a zero-star option. Although I paid for express shipping in case of any minor production or delivery delays, I still haven't received the ordered item.
Upon reading the other reviews on the towel purchase, I really hope that after all this wait, I do not receive any sub-standard towel material.

Not a blanket at all! It’s a thin piece of felt and terrible quality! Feels awful! Really really disappointed. Had some lovely photo blankets elsewhere for similar price so gutted as no way I can get another for Christmas now

Unfortunately I have not yet received my item - I ordered it 5 days ago and they have still not dispatched my item despite it being printed some days ago. This is disappointing as it is a Christmas gift and I ordered it on the understanding there was plenty of time for it to be created. If the company know there are production delays they should amend their website accordingly

Order arrived quickly but the blanket truly isn’t a blanket at all.. it is like a piece of felt with edges that are uneven .. you can see where the cuts have been made and the material is already starting to rip further where these cuts are. Will be requesting a refund as this was meant to be a blanket in memory of my daughter’s cousin but the quality for the price is awful .

Top Quality Custom Mugs
I ordered a couple of mugs as gifts. I used their online design tool, which was very easy to use and gave a very good 3d rendition of what the finished product would look like. There was a delay in processing the order because they sent a link to click, which went to my spam folder, but when I eventually learned about that and clicked, the order was swiftly despatched. The finished products are everything I hoped - superb quality. I will definitely use them again.

There was an extreme delay in both production and delivery, with no communication about the delay either onsite or via email. I only discovered the issue when I decided to check the order status myself, and it showed it was already two days behind schedule and still in the cutting phase (with two more phases left before dispatch).

I contacted customer service to request expedited processing, but they offered no support. Instead, they insisted I would need to pay additional delivery charges to expedite the process, which is unacceptable given that the delay was entirely their fault. Good customer service would have meant addressing the issue proactively and offering expedited delivery as a courtesy.

Ultimately, the delay extended to over seven days. I cannot recommend this company and will never purchase from them again.

Terrible customer service. I had a problem that they did not want to deal with. Offered me a 20% refund…never go it. Sent me a form to review gave an honest, negative review and they didn’t bother posting it. Shows what a dishonest company they are! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered an Xmas bone china bauble with image of our chocolate lab in xmas hat. Item delivered today, Utterly delighted with it. Couldn't be happier.

I ordered a custom made double single sided blanket this weekend and it was delivered by Tuesday!!! I absolutely love it! Thank you so much for a great service :)

So delighted with the items I bought. The quality was superb, and very true to the photograph I provided. The service was also extremely good, as was the delivery time, and their website was so very easy to use. Who could ask for more?!

I've ordered a couple of dozen items and am over the moon with all of them.

Brought a picture blanket for a Christmas gift for the MIL. I am highly disappointed in the blanket. Picture is phenomenal only had the one printed on it. However, it is a flat piece of felt. I thought I was ordering a blanket that could be used to keep warm. No option to select for a real blanket as one would expect. I don't know how I can show my husband this gift as I'm so embarrassed/disappointed. The description does not state it is a piece of felt. If I had know I would have gone elsewhere.

excellent service ,after service was very good as bed set photo a little to large of granddaughters face ,so replied straight away and re printed another bed set no charge ,super happy ,cant wait to give for birthday present ,very good after care which means so much ,ill be using again 100 per cent big thankyou
