I got the Safe Travel bag for a trip to London because of pickpockets. It held all the important things i needed close and safe.
After a trip with heavy use -one of the seems came a little undone. I sent Bagly a picture and within a week received a brand new bag to my home. No questions asked.
I am sure i will buy more of their products
I received a torn bag, and although repeatedly asking for service to replace it no one is answering and i am stuck with the torn bag.
Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I used my new Bagly bag for the first time on a flight, and the stitching completely unraveled, leaving a massive hole. To make matters worse, Bagly refuses to take responsibility, hiding behind a strict 14-day policy from the purchase date.. completely ignoring the fact that my trip didn't happen until a month and a half later. Customer support on WhatsApp is painfully slow and feels entirely automated by a chatbot. I will never purchase from them again.
My order is non existent, nit delivered, not shipped, No tracking number ( fake number sent to me), no delivery, horrible customer service full of apologies by no merchandise no service, completely scam beware!!!?
Caution! Do not go near this lying company! No service, no response. The bags are delivered after too long a period of time, and the quality is poor and not worth the price!
If I could give 0 I would!! The bags are sold as local production when they actually arrive from China, I ordered a travel bag a month ago, the tracking sent to me did not exist.
I sent 4 emails asking to cancel the order and I was ignored. When I contacted them through whatsapp, They threatened to sue me for warning people not to order from them. I still haven't received my order or my money back! I strongly recommend staying away!!
