I had to call them 5 times, on hold for 30mins+ for them to process my payment. Submited multiple online queries and they didn't respond for a week. shipment was promised in 7-15 days. It's been 3 weeks and it's still not shipped. Look for another company.

WORST experience EVER!!!
WORST experience EVER!!! SHIPPING FORCE (=BAGGAGE HUB) ARE NOT HONEST AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
I am moving and transporting personal belongings from Germany to Tanzania.
It started ok with emails and information, I was asked by LAUREN CRIMES to measure the total weight and total size of all boxes combined, received a good quote of 1600 Euro and agreed on deposit and arrival date. So far so good - after paying the deposit and insurance - on arrival- nothing happened. I waited the entire day but the company was not reachable and didnt contact me. Same the next day, but then I received a call by LIAM saying that they will send someone on the same day - but again nothing happened. The same procedure continued for 3 days until my boxes were collected, stating that the boxes weigh 300kg. The driver wrote a clear estimation that the boxes weigh sth around 300kg.
After another few days I received an invoice of 3100 Euro to pay within 7 Days, otherwise I will be charged extra costs for the warehouse.
So the original price basically doubled from 1600 to 3100 Euro!
I checked the details of my boxes and all boxes were calculated with wrong sizes, wrong weight (they claimed its 420kg and told me that the calculation is different from what we agreed) and they even added an unknown box which was clearly not mine.
After consulting their own warehouse, they told me that they will check. They removed the unknown box but told me that their own workers have confirmed that everything was measured right. WHAT A JOKE!
And after that communication completely broke stopped, no more answers, simply ignoring and DELETING ALL MY UNSOLVED QUERIES.
They insisted to let me pay the new price, but I told them that I wont pay, as the way they calculated the first quote had nothing to do with the invoice.
I told them I want to get my personal things back - and told them that I will pick them up at their warehouse, because I dont trust that they are able to count boxes, but they refused to tell me the address where to pick up the things and insisted to make me pay for transport from my home to their warehouse. All this was caused because they gave me an offer that was clearly not even similar to the final invoice and calculations AND because they measured my things wrong on purpose to later increase the price.
I told them that I can pay on arrival but not before seeing my belongings in good condition but they say I must pay the amount before they can allow me to pick up my things. Probably they try to steal my credit card details or after payment will simply not return my things. With this company - nothing is safe!
I would have never thought that a British, European company would act in such a way and it is completely unacceptable and irresponsible behavior. You can hardly call that "service" anymore, they make pressure on you to pay as soon as they have carried away your properties.
To end this I had to travel 20 hours by plane to collect my property by myself in London, I rented a big car and spend about a week to get my things back. Baggage Hub remained unclear about their exact warehouse address and never clearly confirmed it to me. I had to contact some companies around their office to get a confirmation that the warehouse truly exists and it is inside the same building. So Shipping Force is based inside the exact same place like Baggage Hub.
After all that stress and trouble with them I reported this to London police and my lawyer.
I found another company that measured all boxes again and showed me a clear and fair process, and they confirmed that all my measuring was wrong, and that the Shipping Force Warehouse was straight lying about all their calculations. After I traveled back to my destination I received all my belongings.
To sum it up: NEVER USE SHIPPING FORCE OR BAGGAGE HUB AGAIN!!!

I have been waiting for my shipment by Baggage Hub from London UK to Vancouver Canada. There is a total of 5 boxes. straightforward process. However, today the 5 boxes arrived at my door and THEY ARE NOT MY BOXES/SHIPMENT. All the contents are someone else's and does NOT belong to me. The boxes are not even the same but they have got my address labels on it. Baggage hub has messed up the delivery by sending someoneelse's stuff to my door and mine is still MISSING at the moment. Still waiting to hear back. the customer care only responds within 72 hours.

I am moving back from London to Paris, I have 13 boxes and have been waiting for 11 days already. I have been asking for an update for the last 5 days and could not get one. They’ve just informed me that one luggage is actually still travelling... but cannot provide with a delivery estimate (just have to stay at home...).
They have absolutely no control on the logistic behind their commercial platform. Everything seems to be outsourced with 0 control when something goes wrong. HOPE YOU WILL BE LUCKY!!

We just received three aluminium boxes that baggagehub shipped for us from Australia to the USA, via the UK. All three arrived in perfect condition and the service all along the way was OUTSTANDING! We cannot thank Charlie and his team enough for the excellent work and whenever the need arises, we will use them again. We recommend them highly for their professionalism, their price and the ease of getting this rather complicated shipment to us safely. A job well done!

Very unprofessional, no guidance previous to collection.
Lying about their services.
After the goods are picked up they are sent to a warehouse that when you receive the final invoices.
I had the terrible surprise to see the final amount doubled that the quote I made the booking from.
There explanations are non sense and un-founded. The time of response from the customer service is very long and they don't answer the queries.
I lost more than 15 days for the shipment of my belongings.
There practises are horrendous and it makes it a nightmare to work with them.

LIke many others I now wish i had read the reviews about Baggage Hub before I appointed them to transport my goods from London to Turkey, I paid the additional fee to have door to door service and ended up having to pay for and arrange this myself from the airport in Turkey to my home. !! Their service declines after your committed to them, they will try and fob you off with clauses from their terms and conditions and when this doesnt work they will find other ways to fob you off, Their tracking app is useless, even when there was clearly an issue with my goods their app was saying SHIPMENT DELAYED IN TRANSIT - RECOVERY IN ACTION, even their counterparts here in Turkey TNT their app said WILL CONTACT CUSTOMER IF NEEDED. I was literally begging for someone to help me understand what the problem was and was advised by B / Hub to go to Izmir airport ( 340kms) away - have you ever heard anything so ridiculous they gave me a number for Turkish customs, I got a Turkish friend to call, It turned out I had to appoint a Notary here and give them Power of Attorney to get my goods released, more additional costs, I have had to continually chase B/ Hub for replies and responses, initially they dismissed my complaint - nothing to do with them, wrong I entered into a contract with them and paid for door to door delivery, which they failed to honour, I persevered and was told a Manager was now investigating my complaint, and was told TNT had e -mailed me twice about the goods HOWEVER to date they cannot produce these e mails, despite repeated requests, I was also made aware by the notary that the goods were accruing a bill of £40 per day each day they were in storage, I also had to pay this , in short all this cost me another £950 on top of what I had paid B/Hub. To make matters worse, the £40 daily fee I had to pay went to TNT for storage- the very company who were supposed to deliver my goods from the airport to my home even when they didnt deliver ,
I chased and chased B/Hub , they will never respond of their own backs, the manager dealing with my complaint had an emergency so wasnt around but when back would take up the complaint again, when he did come back to me I was asked to provide all documentation I coul from TNT here in Turkey, once again i say this is nothing but a stalling tactic, lets face it TNT are their counerparts here in Turkey and a simple e mail between them and TNT could have had the paperwork sent within minutes, however i provided everything , but to no avail , I haerd nothing from B/ Hub, so chased them again, gave them time to reply before I placed any reviews anywhere or took my complaint further, not even this spurs them on to respond positively, I had to chase chase chase, and the lates position ( I mean fob off ) is that a Senior manager frpm TNT was being asked to look inot my complaint. Needless to say i have heard nothing,To put this in context this all happened in September 2018, and i have been chasing B/Hub ever since, their level of custome care is appalling, as is their approach to customer complaints, I would urge anyone else who finds themslelves in such a postion with B / Hub to set a date for replies to their enquiries / complaint and if they dont respond start whatever your next step is to be, its necessary to allow them the time to respond as procedurally you will need to show you did this when the matter goes further, There are oprions open to you , depending on where you are, myself I have written to Trading Standards in the UK, and I am trying to get BBC Watchdog to look at this company , anyone need only look at their Trust Pilot rating and the reviews to see they have many many dissatisfied customers and are still getting away with fobbing people off or not responding at all, You can instigate Chargeback Procedures on your Credit / Debit card, or can look at taking your complaint to a Small Claims Court, I have all my paperwork and everything i say here can be backed up with proof even the screenshots of their tracking app and TNT,s , it may be too late for some people but if your thinking of usinf Baggage Hub to move goods / materials etc, think again , check out some other more reputable and responsible companies because Baggage Hub are appaling. ,
Had all this gone to plan some of my goods would still have been held by Turkish Customes and had i been advised of this by Baggage Hub / TNT when it happened the cost would have been less than £200, which i would have happily have paid but through the incompetence of both companies it cost almost £1000 . A very dissatisfied Customer,

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, all of the people I was in contact with just stopped answering out of nowhere & then demanded more info about shipping content (part from what was written down) AFTER they collected it, which they wouldn't have needed if they actually replied to their customers. Use another shipping service if possible, will never use them again.

I won’t be using baggage hub again!
The initial price and contact with Baggage Hub was good but as the service went on things started to go down hill.
The price crept up and I found them very disorganised. Depending on who I spoke to I got different information.
Our valuable pictures were badly damaged when they arrived along with several other items. Our friends had a similar experience - their pictures were packed by baggage hub. It’s clear that somewhere through the process no care was taken.
If you take insurance with baggage hub, read the T&Cs carefully. The basic cover which we paid £290 for was worthless. It only covered total loss, theft or non-delivery. So basically if a few boxes go missing you’re not covered.
Baggage hub took a picture of our stuff in their warehouse because they disputed the number of items we were shipping. The picture showed that there were 2 items which weren’t ours…
Overall, I was disappointed with baggage hub and won’t be using or recommending them again.
Please note: Baggage hub paid £40 per picture towards the repair. This seems to be the going rate as our friends got the same. The invoice to repair the pictures was a lot more which I did share with them before they arrived at £40 per picture.

DON'T DO IT - Total shambles of an organisation!
As the reviews below state, they use partners to ship their goods and it was a total mess! They have no clear understanding of their partners requirements nor any arrangements in place to protect their customers.
I shipped only a few precious items when I moved to New York last year. I spent hundreds of pounds shipping 3 items and bought the protection they recommended too. I found 2 of my items left on my doorstep in New York for anyone to take - and the third never arrived.
When I arrived in the states, a person from TNT called me because the customer service person was not responding. I had to chase baggagehub and co-ordinate between their customer service and TNT. After months of calling and sending emails about the box that never arrived there was radio silence. I got in touch again and they told me they can't submit a claim for my items and that I do not qualify for the insurance I paid for with the move. I have lost hundreds of pounds but most importantly lost items that were truly invaluable to me :(
Seriously, just stay well clear and ship directly with one of their partners - save yourself and their partners the hassle!

I really hope at least 1 person reads this and the other reviews below. In fact I wish I had been wise enough to consult these reviews before contracting their services.
Firstly it is important to note that they also trade under the Brand name Shipping Force
I can only say that they are atrocious. On every level, except initial contacting to gain the contract. Which then they consistently breach, fail to offer follow up.
I like others now must initiate legal action to claim compensation and reimbursement for costs incurred to replace items.
I have ended up paying 3 times what the quoted price was due to (undisclosed) brokerage; Warehouse costs due to not being informed that my belongings had arrived in country ready for clearance, replacement items for things due to the time frame being twice that quoted and those items which are damaged.
They should as a company be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.

We needed a bookcase shipped from Neuss…
We needed a bookcase shipped from Neuss Germany to Sydney Australia in November 2018.
We wrapped the bookcase well as seven separate items. The seven items were picked up in Germany by a UK courier and taken to the UK. Baggage Hub provided four crates for the seven items which were sea freighted to Sydney. We have just received the four crates at our home and we are very happy to report that the bookcase is in the same condition as it left Germany.
If we have any advice it would be to wrap the items well into manageable sizes prior to pick up. Baggage Hub did a great job in providing custom made crates at reasonable cost. Also we were patient as international shipping is a complex operation.
Full marks to Shipping Force/Baggage Hub for a job well done.

Beyond poor service.
Transport from London UK to Dublin, CA, USA. As many people report here, the goods arrived almost totally destroyed: broken plates, glasses small items missing destroyed TV set. Had been packed in heavy duty plastic boxes, which were completely perforated. When I protested, they said that they will file a claim to the courier. Odd right, since they are supposed to be the courier. They basically sub-contracted to TNT. Of course, I was not surprised when the courier gave a verdict of 'insufficient packaging' and of course refused to offer compensation. Also buggagehub never showed my review in their website. All in all, I would suggest to avoid at all costs.

No refund on damaged parcel
The company them-self wrapped 4 items, that needed to be shipped from London to Copenhagen.
One office chair, pictures with wooden frames and a two piece office table.
Furthermore I had 16 boxes (packed myself)
- ALL my 16 boxes was okay at arrival.
The 4 items wrapped and packed by bagagehub themself was damaged, all of them.
I notified them almost 2 month ago and they have been delaying it again and again.
Today they told me that they are not liable at all...
This is from their contract:
It is our responsibility to deliver your goods to you, or produce them for your collection, undamaged. By "undamaged" we mean in the same condition as they were in at the time when they were packed or otherwise made ready for transportation and/ or storage.
If we fail to discharge the responsibilities identified in clause 4.1 and 4.2, we will, subject to the provisions of clauses 9, 11 and 12, be liable under this agreement to compensate you for such failure.
They have the worst customer care.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone - ever...

Never Again
I made the mistake of using Baggage Hub to ship items from the UK to Egypt. They charged an arm and a leg, more than the actual item cost me to buy. They asked if I wanted insurance, and I said yes, sure. After paying a hefty bill to Egyptian Customs, because their subcontractors took their sweet time to reply to our emails and phone calls, the item was delivered broken in 2 pieces, completely useless. But thank God I had insurance, right? Wrong. When I tried to claim my insurance, they said I didn't have enough insurance to cover damage, only loss and theft. So, They are a shipping company that not only can't guarantee the delivery of your item in one piece, they can't guarantee it getting there at all. Sort of defies the purpose, doesn't it? I would've been better off buying the item, throwing it in the Thames and saving myself the money I paid them for shipping and insurance and the frustration of dealing with them after!!! Please share so everyone knows!
Worse than incompetent
I was forced to edit this review because telling the truth is defamatory !?!? Anyway, 6 weeks late, boxes look like they have been steamrollered and other goods including pictures smashed and ripped beyond repair. Their twitter account is clearly closed because people are calling them out for their the damage they have done to posessions in their ‘care’ and their facebook wall is protected. Really want to tell the world how terrible they are. Please don’t make the same mistake you will lose money and possible precious poessions.
