Badzgaming LTD Arvostelua

Staff always friendly and welcoming, well organised shop

Do NOT trust Badzgaming LTD.
They announced a giveaway winner and promised her a personalised binder. The binder was even customised with the design she requested. She was told it had been sent, yet it never arrived.
She chased them repeatedly, trying to resolve the situation, and instead of addressing it properly, they stopped responding and blocked her.
Now the same personalised binder is being offered as a prize in a NEW giveaway.
The original winner has screenshots of the conversations and everything that happened. There is nothing vague about this situation. The evidence speaks for itself.
Treating a giveaway winner this way is absolutely shameful.

I honestly cannot understand how Badzgaming LTD thinks this is acceptable.
They had a giveaway. They announced a winner. They made a custom binder based on the winner's requested design and told her the prize had been shipped.
The prize never arrived.
The winner repeatedly contacted them and was eventually blocked. And what happens next? The exact same custom-made binder is now being used as the prize for another giveaway.
The original winner has screenshots documenting the conversations and the promises made by the company. This isn't someone randomly claiming they didn't receive something. She was the confirmed winner and was told her prize had been dispatched.
This is an appalling way to treat someone who won your giveaway.

Fantastic shopping experience all the way through. The website it easy to use, the prices are very good. Customer service is on point, very friendly and quick to reply. The products were packaged very well and arrived safe and sound.

I’ve visited multiple times and the staff are always friendly and helpful, the variety of stock is constantly changing and they also offer a trade in service for cash or store credit, definitely one of the easiest places to visit, park and shop. Can’t fault it

Great service all the time indepth knowledge.always good to go into the shop and have a look at new stock

This store has pretty much turned into my comfort store, the staff are really friendly and on some days i come in purely to talk to them (and always end up picking up something anyways🤣) the buy / trade percentages are really good and the overall store prices are more than fair, the wide range of binders that they provide are amazing and helps me with my binder painting commissions, 10000/10 in all ways!!

I told them I liked Eevee and that I didn't want any pokeballs and they absolutely made my day with a gorgeous espeon tag team PSA 10 slab, sticker said £65 but it's actually worth £90-100! Got over £200 worth and 100% worth the £150 mystery box. Also was so happy to open a sylveon evolving skies, which I've never had the chance to open. Packs were awesome too and even won a free booster pack too and all the little goodies

Visited the store after buying a fair amount of MTG cards from them previously to find an Aetherspark within the singles table sealed away listed at £60.00. When enquiring about the card stating that upon CardMarket it's listed at £30.00 for the same version of the card.
The staff member who I have had several friendly dealings with stating that he did not care what Cardmarket says and it is listed at £60.00 only due to there own pricing.
I run a local gaming club within Cwmbran in which I have 30+ in attendance fortnightly in which a fair amount of my players have decided to support a local store but the rudeness and abrupt tone of your staff member I expect this to change immediately.

i took in my pokemon collection to this store for them to buy and i have to say it was a flawless experience from start to finish there was great communication after each binder was priced up the money was sent to me very quickly and the prices were very good aswell. if you are looking to sell any type of tcg i would 100 percent recommend you take them here it is by far the best experience i have had selling pokemon cards in the many years i have played this game
