Dear Harry, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. We apologize for any inconvenience but in this case, we believe that our customer service team did try to go the extra mile to get your product delivered.
They responded to your messages on socials and by email as quickly as possible and a replacement Badaptor was sent out to you. Please bear in mind that we are using royal mail who have been experiencing operational difficulties and strike action. We understand that this is inconvenient, however this is beyond our control and we have tried to make it clear on our website that we are currently facing this problem.
Royal mail claim 2-3 days delivery time, but at the moment we advise waiting 4-5 days due to the difficulties they have had. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. We estimate that your Badaptor should be with you this week. If not, please reach out to enquiries@badaptor.com to let us know. You can also contact us with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions for how we could improve our service.

Bonne livraison et bon produit mais bémol sur frais douanes
Très bien. Les délais un peu longs mais normal puisqu'il s'agit d'un produit venant de l'étranger ( compter 25 jours de délai). Le produit est bien emballé.
Petit bémol sur les frais de douanes quand la poste vient vous livrer. À prévoir et prévenir en amont.

Love simple but effective products like this
I was sceptical at first but the price point made it worth the risk, I can now use my 5.0Ah DeWalt Battery on my Ryobi tools (effortless), saved be circa £80.00 on a Ryobi 5.0Ah battery. Packaging is also professional and delivered within 5 working days
