Backztitch Arvostelua

I ordered some ref badges and a ref coin, I was informed of the time it would take and the cost of postage. The items were the same price on Amazon, and I have free delivery with Amazon; I thought I would like to support a small company. I got the goods in the timeframe and they are of good quality. I will shop here again, even if I have to pay the postage

Very happy with service and quality

Have been waiting 8 days for my order and still not received.
In these days of Amazon next day deliveries, customers expectations are much greater hence my 1* review

Fantastic service from start to finish! Great products, great price and went above and beyond to deliver further orders required last minute, would highly recommend.

Great speed of service - can’t argue!

Great communication, fantastic products. 5*

2nd time i've purchased from Backztitch and equally happy 2nd time round.

The items were well packaged, shipped and delivered very quickly. Also, everything is reasonably priced.

I'm sure i'll be back again soon

Amazed in the delivery time came sooner than expected. Brilliant communication from the seller, certainly worth looking at the website.

Very responsive to queries.
Went over and above to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Excellent service, with a personal touch can’t fault them as a small business second time of ordering.

Will order again soon

Thank you

Super service all round, went above & beyond to help with a certain badge I wanted , great delivery , great website & replies to emails . Will use for certain again.
Many Thanks
Paul

Great service ordered Tuesday arrived Thursday fully printed and looks great.

Great product great customer support👍🏻👍🏻

Easy purchasing process, swift delivery. New badge and coin have arrived in time for this week's games (providing it's not frozen off!)

Delivered the goods on time and in good condition well done10/10

New to the site and found them by accident looking for something else.
The site has badges not available online at other retailers and are pretty much unique to the site.

Had an issue with the 10% off sign up, but following the order they got in touch. They were very helpful, apologetic and went over and beyond. (Thank you).

I had an order confirmation today (Wednesday) that it had been despatched following the weekend order - postie came today and delivered the badges ordered. Amazing!

Will be recommending to other match officials regarding the badges on offer.

Postage is a flat fee of £3.99 regardless of what is ordered. I think it's a little high considering a jiffy bag and a large letter stamp, but that said, it's clear before you order and I can live with that considering the exceptional customer service given.

Only recommendation I would make to the company is although it would take some time to complete, under the County badges area, rather than having one photo with all the badges on top of each other, when a selection is made, the photo changes to the badge selected. Not all badges are visible and this would help no end.

I will certainly be revisiting and ordering when I need another badge in the future.

I’ve used Backztitch.com a few times now, excellent service always. Quality products with fast delivery, highly recommended!
