Betrüger Firma vertröstet ..keine Ware..belogen das das kleid längst da wäre . Wieder keine Reaktion. Dann wurde mir eine sendungsnummer geschickt ,das kleid wäre längst da ..das ging irgendwo in die USA angeblich .wieder keine Reaktion..kein geld zurück keine wsre sehr traurig morgen gehe ich zur policei

Nie wieder... ich habe ein Samtkleid bestellt, was mit Perlen verziert sein sollte..stattdessen kam ein Kleid aus Tüll und die Verzierung aus billigem Strass. Obwohl das Kleid von deren Seite aus falsch genäht wurde musste ich 43 Euro Versandkosten übernehmen... ich rate es jedem ab!!!!!! Reinste Betrüger!!!!

Ich war erst sehr skeptisch aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen und da die Seite sehr Laienhaft aussiehst aber habe mir nach länger Überlegung ein Kleider bestellt. Da ich mich nicht nach der Größentabelle gerichtet habe war es leider zu klein, ich habe es dann nochmal nach Tabelle bestellt,weil mich die Qualität sehr überrascht hat. Beide Kleider waren immer nach 3-4 Wochen da.
Mein Fazit:Wenn man sich an die Größentabelle hält passen Sie auch. Die Qualität hat mich sehr überrascht. Es ist sein Geld wirklich wert und mein Kleid sieht aus wie auf den Fotos.
Mit Rücksendung habe ich mich nicht auseinander gesetzt da ich für so ein Kleid hier vor Ort im Laden mindestens 1500 Euro los wäre. Es stimmt das es keine Angaben zur Retoure gibt oder ein Label.

Finger weg!
Wenn das Kleid nicht gefällt oder passt, muss die Ware nach China versendet werden, und zwar auf eigene Kosten!

Ich habe am 06.09.2021 ein Kleid bestellt und direkt per Paypal bezahlt .
Dann hat laut WhatsApp Ernestine Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen.
Ich habe sie 1 Tag später gefragt ob die schon angefangen haben mit dem Kleid sie sagt es wurde schon genäht .
Nachdem ich sie fragte ob sie mir ein Bild vom Kleid schicken kann hat sie behauptet der Stoff hat nicht ausgereicht .
Nächsten Tag hat sie behauptet das sie auf dem Basar waren und der Stoff ist ausverkauft aber die fangen sofort an das Kleid zu nähen.
Jeden Tag musste ich mir was anderes anhören .
Dann hat sie gesagt sie wird mir ein Bild vom Kleid zuschicken aber das Erst in 3 Tagen aber wieso braucht man um ein Bild zu schicken 3 Tage ???
Das ist mir alles zu komisch habe es komplett zurück gezogen und den Fall bei Paypal gemeldet und warte jetzt auf mein Geld ..
Jetzt hat die gute Damen ihr Bild bei WhatsApp rausgenommen frage mich wieso?
Ich würde es keinem empfehlen dort zu bestellen .

i am a year 11 student who was looking for a formal dress, i bought from this site and then found all the horrible reviews, i was upset and stressed that my dress was not going to come or be bad quality but when it arrived it was perfect, only bad thing i have to say is that it had some wrinkles in the fabric which is expected and an easy fix. the fabric was great quality, i used the size guide and the fit was perfect and it was the correct colour.

Es geht bei 1.64 knapp über das Knie und Ist damit perfekt für Familienfeiern. Für eine Hochzeit finde ich es allerdings zu unscheinbar. Der Stoff ist recht leicht, sodass man es auch toll im Sommer und Herbst im Alltag tragen kann.

Schrecklich an sich die Kleider sind nicht schlecht aber wenn man diese teuren Kleider wieder zurück schickt bekommt man kein Geld wieder! Die Schulden mir seit fast nem Jahr 200€ und ich habe das packet tracken lassen und gesehen das sie sie wieder haben. Unter aller Kanone !!!!!

Nicht wieder!!!! Das Kleid entspricht überhaupt nicht zu Abbildung!!! Material stinkt und kratzt..Als zwei Trauzeugen haben wir zwei gleiche Kleider bestellt und das ist eine Katastrophe. Hätte ich nur Bilder rein stellen können. 60 Euro in Eimer, weil wir haben Geld nicht Mal zurück bekommen

I ordered a dress back in April, it was a very pretty dress and I needed it for grad. So about 20 days later I email them wondering where my dress was, they said that the dress was on its way, I emailed them again about a week later same thing, and said they can give me a partial email. They never gave the refund back. About two weeks later we email them saying that I wanted to cancel my order since it was taking to long. They said once again they can give me a partial refund. But I couldn’t cancel since it was already too far to cancel it. But today I got my dress, I am happy with it. But summary, do not order from this website, it’s most definitely a scam. (I ordered the dress on April 5th, and I got it May 25)

So let me tell y’all don’t waste y’all time spending money on this company at all I did rush order and expedited shipping and still had to cancel my order why does it take a month for rush order when it says 10-15 bussiness days ? If you do decide to get your dress from them good luck but I would not recommend . I ended up canceling my order and buying my dress from a store .

Don’t be fooled by some reviews that are saying the website has a good quality dresses! Probably it’s them doing the review! The dresses are poor quality! And was promised to send mine back for refund but as soon as they got their dresses I never heard back from them. Yes they reply when u are in process to buy the dress but when it comes to refund you will never here back from them!!! Total scums!!! You better off with other website !!!! Unless you have a lot of money and you okay with what ever you will get not even close to the pic they post when promoting online!!! But if you value your coin please don’t waste your time with this website they will just take your money and convince you that you will get refund which you will never get as they cut contact with you!!!

Save your money if you can!!!! Wish I had read reviews before buying would never have bought from them!!!! Will never buy from them ever again bad customer service and poor quality dresses not anywhere similar to the photo used on their website!!!!

Malgré des avis défavorables, j'ai commandé sur ce site car une robe me plaisait beaucoup. j'ai pris soin d'envoyer un mail avant de commander pour savoir si je pourrais retourner la robe si elle ne me plaisait pas , (le résultat peut être complètement différent quand une robe est portée par un mannequin) . On m'a répondu de ne pas m'inquiéter, aucun problème !
j'ai donc commandé ma robe qui est arrivée relativement vite, jusque là pas de problème. Par contre déception à l'essayage, elle ne tombe pas comme sur la photo et la qualité n'est pas au rendez vous.
J'envoie donc un mail pour demander l'adresse de retour de la robe car ça ne me va pas (j'avais commandé une taille standard et non une robe sur mesure pour justement la faire reprendre par ma couturière ou pour pouvoir la retourner si elle ne m'allait pas ) et là plus personne !
J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails et personne ne répond . Aucun moyen de me faire rembourser, ils mentent et ne tiennent pas parole. Je vous conseille fortement d'autres sites, plus sérieux. En ce qui me concerne, j'ai perdu 162 € et je dois retrouver une robe.

Despite unfavorable reviews, I ordered from this site because I liked a dress very much. I took care to send an email before ordering to find out if I could return the dress if I didn't like it, (the result can be completely different when a dress is worn by a model). I was told not to worry, no problem!
So I ordered my dress which arrived relatively quickly, so far no problem. On the other hand, disappointment with the fitting, it does not fall as in the photo and the quality is not there.
So I send an email to ask for the return address of the dress because it does not suit me (I ordered a standard size and not a custom-made dress to have it taken back by my seamstress or to be able to return it if she did not suit me) and there no one!
I have sent several emails and no one is answering. No way to get my money back, they lie and don't keep their word. I strongly recommend other, more serious sites. As far as I'm concerned, I lost 162 € and I have to find a dress.
Do not order on this site !!!

The worst company ever, the dress looks and feel like a Halloween costume. I am so furious with these people that I’m literally intact legal authorities. I want this company out of business they will not let me do a return thank god my bank blocked them. However I still want to see them in court.

Bin super zufrieden mit meinem Kleid, die Verarbeitung ist gut, keine Fäden und der Stoff fühlt sich gut an, bin begeistert, hätte damit nicht gerechnet.Man sollte schon vorzeitig bestellen, da die Lieferung etwas länger dauert, habe das Kleid am 18.2.21 bestellt und die Bestellung kam am 18.03.21 an.Alle meine Anfragen per Email wurden sofort beantwortet, kann wirklich nichts negatives sagen, ist nur zur empfohlen.

Ordered a dress in burgundy size US6. Received a white dress size 16. Sent pictures and explained my complaint and after 3 weeks they finally admitted it was mixed up with another order. So I asked if they'd send the right one and their response was it wasn't available in burgundy anymore unless I wanted to pay more. So I just decided to send it back for a refund. Did send it back and finally got my refund, but they refuse to reimburse me for the shipping I had to pay to send it back, saying to read their return policy. Apparently when they are at fault, you will be out money one way or another.

Hallo habe nach 2 Wochen meine Bestellung bekommen und bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kleid, die Verarbeitung ist gut, keine Fäden und der Stoff fühlt sich gut an. Habe nach der Größenangabe bestellt und es passt optimal. Verstehe einige Bewertungen hier nicht..
Ich bin zufrieden und glücklich jetzt kann geheiratet werden.
