Great quality, amazing prices, awesome customer service
I made a large order from Baby Epoch of same really cute nursing tops and dresses. The selection was huge and I ended up ordering much more than I needed and a variety of sizes, not knowing which would for postpartum. My ordered arrived and I loved it all, however a few items did not fit. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and was able to process my refund with no issues.

Would suggest Etsy for baby clothes instead
To start they have amazing baby clothes before I go on my rant....I ordered 3 outfits for total of $63 I made a mistake by processing the order and didn’t notice I forgot my apartment number. I then emailed them notifying them that i wanted to add my apartment number (no problem). They sent me an email 2 days later telling me to confirm my address which I did, then they send another one the next day saying to confirm my address again, I confirm my address again then I receive a 3rd email the day after that asking if my apartment number is correct...They respond letting me know everything is good, I then get an email 3 days after that telling me they’re out of one of the products I ordered and the only options they made it seem like I had was to pay the difference on a different product or pick a product of the same price and get a discount on my next order, (why would I order from you again if you take 20 days for orders to even leave your company) for 1 why am I able to select it and you take my money on your website and for 2 why did it take you 9 days from the order date to realize that?
UPDATE!
I gotten an email from them this morning saying they seen my bad review and canceled my order to “help me in time” and if I still wanted my order to replace it and use a 10% off code then they ask me to delete this review, now I get you’re trying to make me happy but the problem was never the price it was how long you take to ship and your lack of urgency, we have had emails back and forth nearly 20 times and you couldn’t manage to ship this order. (13days my order has been placed and they have never even put my items in a box)

We are sorry that our service failed to satisfy you. Here we would like to give a comprehensive explanation.
Firstly, is your address. After you place an order, we receive your email that the address in the order is incomplete, because we are not familiar with your address, we sent you an email to fill in the complete address in our foramt. But the address you reply to us is the same as the address in the order without any change, so we verified the address with you again. Later, your emailed us to add the appertment number and area code, so we checked again which part your area code was added to, and you told us that the area code does not need to be added, only the appertment number. In the end, we succeeded in modifying the address.
Secondly, is the inventory problem. We only suggest that you can exchange the goods, but it is not the only option. And the exchange condition we give is that you can choose a product with a price difference of less than $5, and give you a 5% discount coupon as compensation. We never ask you to pay the difference.
Finally, there is the issue of canceling orders. During our email communication, you asked to cancel the order for refund. And because of inventory issues, you gave us a bad review. We don't know how to solve the problem for you, so we respect your choice and cancel the order for refund. But you said that this is not the solution you want, you still want to order, so we send you a 10% coupon as compensation to place an order again. It is not used to compensate you for deleting the review. Only if you can accept our explanation and processing method, you can choose to delete it, but if you insist on keeping this bad review, we will respect and appreciate it.
We will continue to improve the quality of our services to ensure that more customers can have a satisfactory shopping experience. At Baby Epoch, we respect the choices of all customers and continue to provide good services.

Do not order from here if you want your product to come extremely late. I ordered from here months ago and still haven’t received the product but the time they said it would arrive. Wish I had known better. BE WARY.

Designs are beautiful but what is the…
Designs are beautiful but what is the point if I ordered some but never arrived. It's being over a month and nothing was resolved yet. Once I complete a request, the request something else. I really don't trust them. If this happens with a $ 35.00 order, I can imagine the hazard with a large order.
I will suggest to shop around. There are lots of companies with beautiful designs and better and trustable service. ! NO I definitely don't recommend them at all. They should of either reimburse the money or resend the items. They are responsible for delivery to be made customer and customer is responsible for making the payment.
