Amazing bed!
We ordered the Archway dream kids bed for my daughter, she’s 2 and a half. She is physically disabled and autistic. We needed a low to the ground bed that was sturdy and still looked good and in keeping with the rest of the furniture.
This bed is honestly so comfortable and well made, sturdy good quality. We also opted for the bed to be made with the teddy material in polar. It’s gorgeous. Everyone has commented on how nice it is.
It’s been the best thing we could have brought for my daughter, it’s very safe due to its design and looks great.
Would highly recommend this bed and this company. Brilliant thank you !

Poor service
I purchased 2 children’s beds. The quality and service since receiving faulty products has so far been poor. I provided the requested photos and was advised they would be escalated to the management team. I have chased several times to be met with the same response, the issue is with the management team.
The beds were delivered packaged well so can’t be delivery damage. We found on opening the package there is a clear scratch There is a clear scratch on one of the panels of the bed. Not what you expect from a well reviewed company and I understand problems happen however, the way in which the complaint is being dealt with is poor and follows internal processes outside of my consumer rights as the fault was reported on opening the package. How a company manages complaints can usually turn a poor experience around however, so far Babyfair have not provided a solution leaving me no option but to contact my credit card to help resolve. Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this company. There are lots of good reviews which is misleading to anyone who might have an issue.

2 kids’ beds from Baby-fair
I ordered two beds online, super easy to navigate on the website and the customer service beforehand was helpful and efficient.
Delivery was communicated brilliantly with live tracking to know exactly when it would arrive. I’ve never had such great delivery service before.
When the beds arrived, they were easy to put together and now they’ve been slept on , we are very pleased! The mattress is great firmness for my growing son, and the bed has a lovely finish to it elevating the whole room.

Very disappointing experience.
ORIGINAL ISSUE
We ordered a child’s bed archway bed . The website photographs showed the teddy/bouclé-style finish, but we selected Plush Velvet White from the dropdown without any photograph showing what the finished bed actually looked like in that fabric - we assumed all the same but we chose “white”
When it arrived, we were also extremely disappointed it wasn’t the teddy what we thought we ordered - with the workmanship, including prominent, untidy and puckered stitching/seams in highly visible areas. We dismantled and repackaged it almost immediately and contacted Babyfair on 6 September requesting a return and refund, which they have refused on the basis that the bed is “bespoke”.

UPDATE – 16 SEPTEMBER following Babyfair’s response below
I think some very important context is missing from Babyfair’s public response.
We first raised our complaint on 6 September, so we have now spent 10 days trying to resolve this. Communication has been extremely frustrating, with responses few and far between and repeated emails and escalation required from us.
It was only after I posted this Trustpilot review that the communication noticeably changed.
I also want to correct something particularly important in Babyfair’s response. They state that they have “specifically invited” us to provide photographs of the workmanship so these can be assessed.
Those photographs were already provided last night, 15 September. Yet Babyfair’s public response today, 16 September, refers to inviting us to provide photographs without making clear that we had already supplied them.
We are therefore not at the stage of Babyfair waiting for evidence from us. The requested evidence has already been provided and we are waiting for Babyfair to assess it.
There are also two separate issues with this order.
The first is the way the bed and fabric options were presented on the website. I am not claiming Babyfair substituted a different fabric. Our complaint is that the photographs displayed showed the teddy/bouclé-style finish, while there was no photograph showing what this particular bed actually looked like in Plush Velvet White.
Babyfair refers to fabric swatches, but a small fabric swatch would only show the material. It would not show what the finished bed looks like, including its upholstery, seams, joins and overall appearance.
The second, entirely separate issue is the workmanship of the bed that actually arrived.
The photographs we supplied show prominent, puckered stitching/seaming positioned directly on highly visible upper sections of the upholstered bed. The bed arrived as four separate upholstered pieces for assembly, so we cannot understand why such conspicuous upholstery joins have been positioned on visible upper surfaces rather than underneath or in less visible areas.
The stitching and finish also visibly change as they run down the side of the bed, contributing to what we consider a very poor and untidy standard of finish.
We were so unhappy with the bed that it was dismantled and completely repackaged within approximately 30 minutes and has remained packaged and ready to be returned ever since.
Babyfair continues to describe the bed as “bespoke”. Our position remains that we selected a standard bed, standard size and fabric from dropdown options on their website. We requested no personalisation.
Meanwhile, our daughter is sleeping on her old mattress on the floor, while the new bed and mattress remain packaged in our garage waiting for this to be resolved.
My other warning to prospective customers is about the after-sales communication when something goes wrong. Our experience since 6 September has been extremely frustrating.
After 10 days of correspondence, I find it particularly disappointing to see a public response suggesting photographs still need to be provided when those photographs had already been supplied before that response was posted.
I will also be sharing photographs of the actual bed and workmanship on my social media so people can see the product and finish we received for themselves.

Your order was placed for the Small Double Archway Dream Kids Bed in Plush Velvet White, and this is the specification that was manufactured and supplied. The fabric was not substituted or changed by us. Our website allows customers to select from a range of fabrics and colours, with the chosen option determining the specification in which the bed is manufactured. We also provide fabric swatches for customers who require a precise representation of the fabric before ordering.
We completely acknowledge your feedback that you would have preferred to see a photograph of this particular bed in Plush Velvet White, and we have already passed this feedback to our team so that the product presentation can be reviewed.
Regarding the workmanship concerns raised later in the conversation, we have not refused to investigate them. In fact, we have specifically invited you to provide clear photographs of the areas you believe are poorly finished so that our production team can assess them and, where an issue is identified, work with you towards an appropriate resolution.
We therefore feel it is important to clarify that the situation is not simply that we have refused to help or left you without any avenue for resolution. The bed supplied matches the order placed, and we have also offered to investigate the separate concerns regarding finishing and workmanship.
We are always happy to acknowledge where our communication or product presentation could be improved, but we also believe it is fair to give us the opportunity to inspect and address any genuine workmanship issue before concluding that the matter cannot be resolved.
We remain happy to review the photographs requested and work towards resolving any genuine issue with the workmanship.

Received the bed, half the screws had no tread where they'd been temporarily put in so I was unable to remove them with either a screwdriver or drill. I asked for help or a partial refund and sent all the photos yet 'management' kept wanting more photos. I am not going to lie about it I paid over £700 so I expected a good quality bed which its not. I'd probably question your suppliers because you can't give a customer a bed with screws with all the tread gone just because someone is in a 'rush' at your end to get it out the door. Its ruined the integrity of the bed. Im not sure how many more photos I can actually give you of the screws to prove it?? Ive got half the bed resting on good screws and the other half there's not so its not solid.

Ordered a bed from here over 6 weeks ago, after a few weeks they called to say they are having issues with the postage, baring in mind we paid £150 for the postage! To then now still no bed nearly 7 weeks later! Still nothing from them on the tracking info either, nothing has been updated on it.
