Outstanding service and products!

I was really happy with my experience of both the products I purchased and in their customer service after sales. I ordered the wrong items, and Michelle the manager couldn't have been any more helpful and understanding in resolving this for me. I've bought a few things over the years and I've never been disappointed.

Great quality

I ordered a one-off rare breeds clipboard which was absolutely gorgeous: really dense fleece one side and functional leather the other.

It arrived quickly and was carefully packaged. Will definitely order from Baa Stool again!

A lovely addition!

The team were able to advise on a rare breed stool to complement a pair of Baa sheepskins my parents already own (a surprise for their 50th wedding anniversary)! The stool arrived beautifully packaged and they were both thrilled with the latest addition to their Baa collection.
