Can't wait to give it a proper go after I've healed.😭🔥
I unfortunately couldn't consistently follow the plan due to pre existing injuries, however, the 2 1/2 or so weeks that I could sporadically follow along, were challenging enough that I could feel and see an improvement in gains and body comp! 😭 I can't wait to get well enough to give it a proper go!

It’s very challenging
It’s very challenging, but in a good way. Always used the first training guide and I feel that this one is a step up from that. Definitely for those looking for serious gains 💪🏾

I love this program
I love this program, all the other programs that I've tried to follow are random workouts. This program focuses on the staples which are the most efficient exercises. I love it

Helped me push myself again
I loved it! As someone who was doing 5-6 exercises every workout, I was kind of disappointed by how little “work” there was to do but I tried it anyway and OH MY GOODNESS did it kick my butt! I think that having less exercises and variation in the sets/reps made me push myself with more weight. Would do another Baakd program!

Such a hugely beneficial program! Received the free one Beth released as part of BAAKD, I am seeing more results in the last 15 weeks than in the last 4 years of weight training. I love this program so much that I will happily pay for the next one if there is another one. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

Loved the program
Loved the program! I did end up making a few changes to the workouts due to injuries and couldn’t end up finishing the program due to other external factors but overall it was super helpful and well planned out - I still incorporate 90% of the workouts into my current routine but thinking of restarting the program again in a few weeks - would have loved more upper body/ab/core days in the program though

This girl knows her stuff …
Honestly cannot fault this program at all. I'm not new to the gym and it's easy to think you know it all but I dived in and haven't looked back. Beth's program and the step by step videos were wonderful. The demonstrations are a fabulous tool and the program has clearly been tailored by someone who knows their stuff and has actually worked through it 👏🏾👏🏾 10/10 seen growth in my lower body I'd never imagined I could achieve. Thank you.

Great strength program!
I really liked the program for getting back to the basics and just focusing on strength. It was really awesome seeing the weights go up, there was a 60 pound difference in my hip thrusts after 12 weeks.
I would just say the setup for the program download is a little tricky so I ended up just building it out into google sheets to track my weights better.
Otherwise really fun & did the trick! I just got a bit bored by the end of 12 weeks, missing my super sets again
