Yes will use again
Called Last Minute.com at the last minute and got a great price! The communication was easy and straightforward, and Charlie was incredibly patient while my payment was going through with the bank. He even stayed longer than necessary to make sure everything was sorted.
Great service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend and would happily use Charlie again.
Thanks, Charlie! 😊

Excellent breakdown recovery service
Excellent breakdown recovery service. I broke down on the M6 motorway and they arrived quickly (45min) and handled everything very professionally. The technician was calm, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation much easier. Fast response, efficient recovery, and great customer service. Highly recommended.

My emergency call for a car stuck in mud was a disaster. The technician was unprofessional claiming the agreed price was too low and demanding a tip.
Though he pulled the car out, the service was reckless, resulting in my undertray being broken into pieces. I can only assume this damage was a result of his poor attitude and lack of care after being denied his tip request.
Avoid this "perfect 5 star" company at all costs. Their service is unprofessional and will cost you more in repairs.
Update: They do care about customer feedback. Hopefully, this is just a problem with a few subcontractors.
