Hi Angela,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience; however, this review has been posted against the wrong company.
We are B25 Private Investigation Ltd, a UK-based private investigation agency. We do not provide streaming or subscription services, sell access to reels, or offer 12- or 22-month subscriptions. We also have no record of any dealings or correspondence with you.
It appears your complaint relates to a different company that also uses the name “B25.” Please remove this review and repost it on the correct company’s profile, as it currently makes serious allegations against a completely unrelated business.
We hope you’re able to resolve the matter with the correct provider. We would appreciate if you removed this review.
Thank you.
I needed to trace someone. Firstly their price was substantially lower than others I contacted. Secondly they gave honest advice about when to start the search.
Thirdly they got a result swiftly and reported swiftly.
I would recommend them.
