Dont trust this company. Can’t get in touch with them and they won’t cancel my subscription after multiple requests. I was supposed to be refunded for one of my boxes and they said they would give it and never did. Now i have to get a new card. I did notice an improvement in energy levels but im wary to keep taking these shots as the customer service and communication is so terrible and it seems sus. Be careful

Horrible customer service!
My first order arrived quickly but my second order arrived 10 days after mailing- product was warm and the ice pack melted.
I called to ask for a replacement or refund and the response was “I will send this to management.” I waited a week, still no response so I called again and got the same response. I also emailed them through the website and was told the same thing.
I then emailed to cancel my subscription which they responded they would but they did not. They charged my credit card and sent me two more orders even though I continued to call and email demanding they stop and also demanding they refund my money.
Luckily, my credit card company was able to help me and get the last two orders refunded, but the order that was, in my opinion, dangerous to use, was never refunded.
Buyer beware!

Been with B12Rx for a long time. They've struggled quite a bit for the past year or so, but as of recent things have gotten a lot better. A few months ago I had several issues with billing and orders being delivered on time, but as of recent everything has been on time and customer service has gotten dramatically better. They used to only have an answering service and nobody would ever call you back. Now, I called in yesterday to the answering service and I received a call back from a staff member less than 15 minutes later. As for the product, it's the best. I feel the difference immediately, I can't imagine going without it.

Would give zero if I could!!! Ordered product. Never received and so for, after 20 days, still trying to get a refund. Stay Away from this companuy.

I have been a b12rx.com customer for many years with no known issues. In April 2026 I received my 10 shots for 2 months. The batch is dated March 2026 and from the normal CGS Pharmacy. I was seriously burned in the stomach - chemical burn. It turned into a horrific eschar and now I have cellulitis. Insult to injury they use call center personnel only, you cannot reach employees or managers. The medical dr was supposed to be calling for 30 days. Now they have charged my card again, did not send me any new product while refusing to refund. I am using my bank to reverse charges. I do have emails from a Henry Klaus promising to refund me and cancel subscription so that is ample to assist with the refund. I am working on filing a claim against them for my now 5k in medical expenses and pain I am suffering. Please contact me to join in. I am on Facebook and LinkedIn. I am reading other complaints about recent injuries. This is a serious medical threat that needs to be stopped.

Been using B12RX for several months with no issues until last shipment. CGS Pharmacy they source from sent me a tainted batch of B12. I got hurt pretty bad major bruising in large area. B12RX never followed up no refund no contact. Just told me to stop using it. Since then I’ve been using another company for my prescription without any problems. B12RX is just another tele-health company only interested in your wallet not your health.

I have been getting B12 shots from this company for over a year. No issues with the product until my most recent shipment.
They must have messed up the formulation because I got a bad chemical burn from the shot.
It looked like the skin was developing a dark bruise immediately after the shot. But it wasn’t a bruise. It was burning the skin. After a few hours the skin was bubbled up and necrotizing.
I’ve had to seek medical treatment for it.
So I went on the website and there is no place to cancel the subscription as others have said.
I had to have my credit card company block them from any further payment.
Additionally I called and emailed B12rx about this issue. No response from them still and it’s been days.
They do not care about their patients
STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!!!

I have a medical emergency with the injection site and called, emailed and called again multiple times after seeking medical attention as directed and B12Rx team has yet to return my calls or emails to answer questions regarding the injection site reaction。 Questions of my physician have gone unanswered or been given any attention as to has B12Rx.com seen this type of reaction before and what could be the possible cause so I can be professionally treated for the serious reaction that has burned my skin severely and caused flesh deterioration。 I do not recommend B12Rx.com as they do not respond even to a Medical Emergency situation。 It is 3 days after this Urgent situation and B12Rx.com is yet to respond on this situation。

Had minimal effect from product, I felt better from liquid B12 purchased on Amazon. I requested 3 times to cancel my subscription, notified them a forth time to stop the delivery, still received order and was charged again. I requested refund 4xs and they just ghosted me.
Do not recommend.

The product is solid, but they will not cancel your subscription. I have been emailing them for weeks to cancel, and they will not respond. I had to cancel the credit card attached to the account to prevent any further orders. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
