I ended up paying much more and not receiving the items I wanted.
I had to pay in advance but they didn't ship the product.
They ended up giving me refund credits, so I bought another item mor expansive so I won't lose the money, and ended up with the same result. Apparently their product online are not always available . and you have to pay for your luck and shipping multiple times.
Bad experience .

Appalling customer service and willingness to resolve issues. Purchased an item through the website, shipment was allegedly 3 business days. The order was dispatched immediately, however, never arrived. The shipping company providing shipping services could not be reached, with call dropping after 10 minutes. Azadea customer service refused to assist in tacking the parcel. Once the shipping company picked up the phone, they advised they have no delivery address, and that the delivery would be scheduled for the day. No contact again during the day and no delivery, out of which I was informed it would be delivered the day after. Overall shocking service, no interest in customers, nor into providing any kind of service. Stay away

They sent another item with a different color taht was on sale where in I paid full price for a new collection blue color . Worst customer service ever , with the shipping charges too extra . Am now have to keep these ugly cheap shoes just because I can’t return and refund .
Wish I had checked the reviews here before I placed the order . Lessons learnt .

They put the disclaimer of non refundable items after you purchase the item - BEWARE! Customer service is not helpful either.

I spent a lot of money purchasing from this website with no issues till recently they were supposed to deliver an item and them I received nothing.I contacted their courier who confirmed that they never handed over the item for them,even though their application showed it was dispatched. I ge been contacting them.forth and back to refund for me the money for almost a week, and always the same answer :we send the case ro the team and we will refund as soon as possible!I asked them to send me an official email stating that but I received nothing till now.Iam waiting for 2 couple days as a last resort to give them.thw benefit of the doubt then I will refer those case to consumer rights

They have the worst communication, order tracking and delivery services unfortunately! WAY below the expected online retail standards!

They have the lowest level of assistance, they change the order, do not allow you to change the purpose. I ordered from Kiko Milano and they had an offer buy 3 get 3 for free, they contacted me after 20 days to say that one of the items is out of stock and they did not allow me to exchange it to take advantage of the offer, than they canceled my order only because I contacted them

This company does not have customer service number nor email address they steal money from customers and refuse to refund an item that was sent back as it arrived defected. I have contacted Dhabi consumer rights and hopefully they will get my money back as this company should be looked into as they are treating customers so bad and not abiding by consumer rights law in the UAE. They returns the item in a damaged box and not in the original packaging.

I want to share my bad experience with azalea uae. I ordered a bra and the size was recommend me buy the shop.
But when I received I saw directly in the sticker it’s not the good size. Ten minutes after delivery I told them can you pick up and exchange for the good size and they don’t want !!!! I understand if someone wear it or remove the stickers, but I told them 10 min after delivery! Sometimes you have to know how to make a commercial gesture, for your client.

I have used this platform several times. On one occasion, they sent me a used item of clothing. The second time, they refused to refund my money because they claimed the package I returned did not contain one belt, only the four items of clothing I had returned. The customer service representatives repeatedly stated that the belt was not in the package, even though it was sealed when I gave it to the delivery person.
This has been the worst experience.
I will never use this platform again.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent purchase of Intimissimi brand lingerie items from Azadea.com. I specifically requested to exchange the bras as they were not the correct size. To my surprise, I was informed that an exchange or refund is not allowed because of their policy on 'underwear.'

I find this policy very unusual and inconvenient, especially considering that Intimissimi stores in Dubai allow in-store exchanges of bras, and even their online store permits exchanges or returns of all bras to store with full refund. It is a common practice among ladies' garment stores to allow the exchange of bras, and I had expected Azadea.com to follow similar customer-friendly policies.

I have spent over AED 500 on bras that I cannot use.

Buy directly from the brands themselves as they offer better customer service and exchange policy.
