The laptop was in "As New" condition with no marks or signs of use at all.
Only had it a few hours and all seems to work as it should.

First laptop arrived with wrong spec. took me some time to notice it and then they contested it. I proved it and asked for the computer I'd ordered. They didn't have one to that spec, despite selling it on Amazon. A week or so later they 'found' one - perhaps making it for me to save face?!, it arrived, and was faulty - kept switching off. challenged them again and instead of making it right, they are just going to refund me. A waste of time at best, but to those who might not check their spec, a dodgy outfit who you should avoid.

I purchased a laptop from Amazon over a month ago. Now that this month has elapsed, I am in a position to positively leave a review. I acquired a refurbished HP x360 1030G2 from these individuals. All queries inadvertently posed were comprehensively addressed via the online chat feature of Amazon. This laptop was meticulously packaged and there was no room for the laptop to become damaged during transit. Overall, the laptops performed exceedingly well, and I could not express my appreciation more. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought and returned a laptop to this company costing £397.00 because the backlights were not working. They have had the return for 6 days now and I still have not received a refund despite several requests for them to do so. Totally untrustworthy and unreliable.

C’est des grands malade il peuvent te prélever sans ton consentement je voulais m’acheter une paire de lunettes de soleil mais il m’ont dit qu’elles était plus disponible une foi que j’ai essayer de les acheter et au final je me rend compte que le paiement a été fait alors que le site m’a dit qu’il était en rupture de stock je trouve scandaleux de me faire prélever sans mon consentement et bien sûr on peux pas annuler le paiement c une grosse blague !

Bought this laptop a week or so ago, wasnt sure what to expect with it being refurbished. Was very surprised that it was like new, not a mark on it and worked like a dream!
I had a few questions before purchasing and they were dealt with quickly and pleasantly.
Would definitely recommend.

I bought an Ayoo refurbished Dell laptop through Amazon, it was quickly dispatched and arrived 24hrs later.

Unfortunately this is where the good ended.

On opening the box I found what I would only describe as a badly bolted together pile of broken parts.

The screen hinges were faulty meaning the screen would flop back and forward several inches.

The screen surface has a fungus pattern on it when you get a reflection in the light.

The top cover must have been badly damaged as there was a vinyl sticker on it that wasn't even straight.

The keypad surround had scrapes out of the bottom corner (advert said no visible damage from 6" away).

SD card cover was missing.

I quickly contacted Ayoo through the Amazon messenger service 2 days ago and there has been no response whaysoever. Amazon are stepping in and instructing Ayoo to provide a return label.

Terrible product that was advertised as 'excellent condition refurbished' and in worse condition than the 7 year old machine it is replacing.

I bought a HP elite book via Amazon with this seller. To be honest I was very apprehensive about buying a refurbished product as haven’t done this before and from an unknown seller. The Amazon renewed guarantee was the comforting factor. I have only had the product a couple of days so can’t comment on longevity factor, but the product arrived brilliantly packaged, on time and looks like brand new, you wouldn’t realise it wasn’t. I am impressed so far.

Had my previous Ayoo purchase stolen, looked and found they still had them available. Quick email to check one point and I ordered. The new machine was immaculate no faults I could discern. Not a mark on it, absolutely brand new. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone!! Five stars.

This was delivered 24 hours early. Although renewed, if I had seen this computer in a shop, I would not have known that it was not new. I will see how it works in the days ahead, but I have no reason to expect that it will disappoint. I am delighted with this machine.

Ordered a renewed HP Elitebook on Amazon from Ayoo. Laptop arrived in perfect condition within a couple of days, robustly and carefully packaged, with full test certificate. After using a configuring the laptop (am in IT myself) they have done a great job of a clean, high-performing install - so am super happy all round. Great service and a great computer.

I am someone who is prepared to criticise when appropriate and I am very rarely impressed. However, I praise when praise is due. As with many previous customers of Ayoo my purchase arrived ahead of schedule. The laptop was in exceptionally good condition and felt new. I actually found myself exclaiming aloud (to myself) about the quality and service. Based on my experience, I must recommend Ayoo unreservedly. Well done Ayoo.

Bought a reconditioned Lenovo T420 from Ayoo last week. I was expecting very little for the price but WOW. I am over the moon. It arrived before the due delivery date. It's exactly what I need for basic personal usage, It was exceptionally well packed and included the test certificate for all components. 2 x USBs, card reader, it even has a CD player which is sadly missing from newer models. W10 preloaded. Great service from Ayoo.
