Such an easy experience from start to finish and a very quick process. The team were very knowledgeable and helpful to answer any questions and to guide throughout the purchase.

The service provided was immaculate, every member I had spoken to was friendly understanding and very knowledgeable. The company itself is very transparent and gives you a break down of the price and profit. The process was so fast and smooth. It also gives me a peace of mind as I’m not paying interest.
May Allah reward and shower blessings upon blessings on you.

Alhamdulillah from the start Ayan have great customer service, I did have my doubts because it does seem very easy, and fair play because the process genuinely is very easy. Only feedback I can give is to improve the usability of the app, but any doubts or questions they were always available on phone and WhatsApp. I’A this business will continue to improve, thank you for giving me an opportunity to finance a car I actually want, through genuine halal means

Really good straightforward experience with Ayan capital. From the start to the end it was very clear what the next steps were and I even had quick responses and phone calls over the weekend which was when I had decided which car I wanted. I recently purchased a vehicle and obtained Halal Finance from Ayan and wanted to leave a positive review for the team who made the entire process seamless from start to finish.

They were extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Theyguided me every step of the way, kept me updated during the process, and made everything straightforward and stress-free.

Excellent customer service and a genuinely pleasant experience. We have searched for a Halal finance option for many years and are satisfied with the product offered by Ayan.

Massive thanks to Ayan Capital for helping me finance my Audi. Finding halal finance options nowadays is genuinely difficult, so coming across Ayan Capital was a huge relief.

From the very first phone call, the service has been exceptional. I must’ve asked the same questions hundreds of times just to fully understand everything, and not once did anyone sound frustrated or impatient. They took the time to explain every detail properly, made sure I was comfortable with the process, and were always happy to help.

Azeem especially, along with the whole team, has been absolutely brilliant throughout. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely supportive from start to finish.

It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with ethical finance options, but Ayan Capital have done exactly that. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for halal car finance done the right way.

This was honestly a really smooth and speedy process, Ayan has someone on the phone ready to help at all times, top quality service, and the best part of it all is that it is completely shariah compliant, May Allah put Barakah in this business for providing an alternative solution.

I was looking for an Islamic car finance provider and initially found Ayan through Google before it was also recommended to me personally. From the start, the process was clear, professional, and straightforward.

After completing the online questionnaire, I was contacted quickly by the team, who explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I submitted the required paperwork and received approval very soon after.

The dashboard was easy to use and really helpful for understanding borrowing amounts and repayments. Throughout the 30-day approval period, I received useful reminders to ensure the offer didn’t expire.

Once I found the right car, the team supported me throughout the process and were always professional, responsive, and helpful. I also experienced a small glitch on the website towards the end, but it was resolved quickly with excellent support.

Overall, the final stages were smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend Ayan and would happily use them again in the future.

From the first phone call to the last conversation on the dealers invoice payment, you were amazing, professional and felt Halaal all the way!
