La qualità delle loro magliette è incredibilie come anche le loro stampe fatte molto bene e senza sbavature. All'inizio non nego che avevo paura a comprarle, ma sono contento di essermi ricreduto. Sono curioso di vedere quali altre stampe in futuro metteranno.

I'm a first time buyer of AY-line anime and I must say I am so impressed with not only their range of products but their truly exceptional customer service.
Being a first time buyer and buying from over seas I was a little worried about dispatch and shipping time as what I bought is a Christmas gift. I reached out to the AY-line team on instagram and received not only a prompt reply about my queries but i got to speak with someone who was not only clearly very passionate about the brand and their customers but also extremely kind and caring towards them. I raised my questions over instagram a few days ago and was given a base timeline of when to expect my order and had a lovely conversation with the person/people behind the instagram page.
I thought that would be all but then today they followed up again with not only personally updating me that my order was now being dispatched but they also provided the tracking number AND the website link for where I can track it.
I must say whoever is behinds the AY-line instagram needs a raise this is top notch customer service you just don't see very much of now days.
Working in retail myself I understand and appreciate all the help and work this person has done to ease my worry about over seas shipping time especially during this crazy holiday period.
Thank you so much and I hope this goes to the person/people who helped me so much.

Ay Line Anime è senza dubbio uno dei brand streetwear a tema anime più freschi e originali che abbia scoperto di recente. Ogni loro capo è curato nei minimi dettagli: dalle grafiche ispirate ai personaggi più iconici, fino ai tagli e ai materiali che risultano comodi, resistenti e perfetti per l’uso quotidiano.

La cosa che colpisce di più è quanto riescano a combinare stile urbano e vibe anime senza mai risultare esagerati: è quel tipo di outfit che attira l’occhio, ti fa chiedere “di che brand è?” e allo stesso tempo resta super portabile in ogni situazione.

Si vede che dietro c’è una vera passione per la cultura otaku e per la moda street: ogni collezione sembra raccontare una storia, e indossare i loro capi fa sentire parte di una community.

In più, qualità top e spedizioni rapide: davvero difficile trovare un marchio che mantenga così bene le promesse.

The claim on their website that returns are not allowed which is against EU consumer protection law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).


They also try to justify this non refund policy by stating that their clothes are “customized”, even though they clearly list the items as “in stock” on their website. Nothing about my order was customized.

When I wanted to return a shirt I purchased (the quality was not great either), I contacted them by email. I received no response at first, only after sending multiple messages. After a long back-and-forth, they finally agreed that I could return the item and would receive a refund once they got it back.

They gave me an address in Italy, and it cost me 20 € to return the shirt with tracking (which I never got back!). They told me I would get my money back after the return arrived — but I did not receive a refund from them.

I only finally got my money back (only the money for the shirt, not the 20€ for sending it back) because I opened a claim with PayPal and could prove the return with a tracking number.

In conclusion:
My experience was extremely frustrating — slow or no responses, misleading return information, and a refund that only happened because PayPal stepped in.

I cannot recommend this shop.

Ho ordinato una maglietta il 26 Settembre e mi è stata consegnata il 31 ottobre.
Mi sembra una maglietta di ottima qualità compresa la grafica.

Le 3 stelle sono dovute principalmente dall'attesa di 5 settimane e dal seguente dubbio:
L'azienda risulta con sede a Bolzano eppure la maglietta è stata spedita dalla Cina con corriere " Yun Express" e atterrata a Milano con volo internazionale.

Ho chiesto al loro supporto se fosse prassi ma non mi hanno mai fatto sapere nulla.
Penso di fare ulteriori acquisti però mi piacerebbe ricevere una risposta al dubbio sopracitato anche per una questione di trasparenza con il consumatore (se dovessero rispondere non avrei problemi a dare 4 stelle)

Ich muss sagen, die Qualität des Stoffs ist wirklich in Ordnung. Das war aber auch schon alles Positive, was ich über den Shop sagen kann und warum es 2 Sterne gibt und nicht nur einen.

Ich habe mir drei T-Shirts bestellt, und bei allen sind die Farben des Drucks deutlich schwächer als auf den Bildern der Website.
Auch der Schnitt ist nicht so, wie ich ihn mir vorgestellt habe.

Ich dachte mir dann: „Klar, kein Problem, es gibt ja das 14-tägige Rückgaberecht.“
Aber zu meinem bösen Erwachen gibt es das nicht! Die Website behauptet, es handele sich bei allen Produkten um Einzelanfertigungen.

Jetzt habe ich hier drei T-Shirts herumliegen, die weder vom Druck noch vom Schnitt so aussehen, wie ich es wollte und wofür ich das Geld ausgegeben habe – und ich kann nichts tun um es zurück zu bekommen.

Gute Qualität, schnelle Lieferung, freundlicher Service, vertrauensvoller Shop. Würde wieder bestellen und empfehle daher weiter!

J'ai acheté 2 t-shirts de leur nouvelle collection en étant impatient de les recevoir. Je les ai reçus 20 jours après ma commande, mais soit. En regardant les dimensions sur le site et en ayant fait les mesures, les t-shirts devaient être plus grands, mais à mon grand étonnement, les t-shirts sont arrivés plus petits que prévu. La politique de remboursement étant affreuse, je ne peux même pas échanger mes articles pour avoir une plus grande taille.
Faites attention à la taille que vous prenez et aux mesures indiquées sur le site. Sinon, la qualité du vêtement est vraiment top, mais pas le service derrière.

I recently bought a T-shirt from Ayline Anime and I’m really happy with my purchase! The design is exactly as shown online- vibrant, clear, and perfect for any anime fan. The fabric feels soft and comfortable, and the sizing was spot on. Delivery was quick and the packaging was neat too. Overall, a great experience, I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Ho fatto un ordine il 27 agosto, spero mi arrivi entro il 12 settembre perché è un regalo.

Ordered a sweater for my son. When it came in it was a little bigger in size than I expected. Contacted the company and customer service was incredible. Paul helped me out right away and kept in touch to answer any additional questions/concerns. Quality of the product is fantastic. I would definitely order from them in the future. Great experience.

hoodie arrived 22 days after ordering. Pretty good quality, print could be better, but overall i'm happy about it. Customer support communicates, no automated messages, real people are there. Feel free to buy clothes on this site, it's legit.

I ordered two hoodies and one T-shirt.

First of all, the quality of the products is very good. The materials are high-quality, and both the craftsmanship and print are well done. However, the colors of the print are slightly different from what was shown in the pictures.

Now, onto the negatives. While the T-shirt has a relatively good fit, I have never seen a hoodie with such a poor cut. I honestly cannot understand all the positive reviews.

Since the fit of the hoodie was completely off for me—it sits like a literal potato sack due to its awkward proportions and excessive width in the stomach area—I had three different friends try it on, ranging in height from 1.80m to 1.93m. The result was the same for all of them: it looked unflattering, and everyone agreed that these were the worst-fitting hoodies they had ever worn. For reference, the hoodie size was L.

Unfortunately, I realized too late how terrible the store’s return policy is. Since they print on demand, both the shipping times and product costs are higher than they should be. On top of that, returns are completely excluded. So if, like me, you’ve ordered from several anime clothing stores before and thought you had a good idea of the typical fit, but end up being disappointed, you have no way to get your money back.

It’s a shame—the designs are cool, but the price-performance ratio, return policy, and most importantly, the clothing fit will prevent me from ordering again unless things change.
