Getting relief
I've been using the probiotic supplement for the last three months to combat my psoriasis - the improvements to my condition have been slow but are suffificiently significant to warrant a further three month trial. Hopefully the improvements continue.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused.
We just want to clarify that your first email came through late on Friday, and as our support team doesn’t operate over the weekend, we were only able to pick it up on Monday morning. We replied straight away and immediately contacted DPD and our logistics team to find out what happened to the 3 damaged boxes and the 3 that were missing, as well as to confirm the original parcel weight from our warehouse.
While waiting for their response, we let you know that we were still investigating, but that we were more than happy to send a full replacement of 6 boxes right away, which we processed on Tuesday morning. We also suggested adding a safe place for delivery, to avoid the parcel being left out again.
We’re genuinely sorry for your experience and hope the replacement helps put things right. Thank you for your patience, and we really do hope we can restore your trust in us.

works for me…
Products are delivered in a timely manner. More importantly, every time i try to stop using it, before a week is out, my pustular psoriasis on foot and plaque psoriasis on scalp come back. So i continue to take it daily. I know there are a lot of reviews that say otherwise, and the product is $$$, but it works for me. About once a year i go off it accidentally or intentionally and PS comes back. They would sell more if they lowered the price. Seems very high, but i'm glad to have it.

A personal review
I was really hoping there would be greater efficacy toward the control of my psoriasis but my gut is vastly improved so am sticking with it and there has been some improvement with my psoriasis I believe.

It seems to be working
After 2 months, I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin. There are fewer patches of psoriasis and they are less inflamed. Also my skin is not quite so dry. The subscription service works really well too.

This probiotic didn’t work for me
This probiotic didn’t work for me. I tried it twice (for 4 months at a time one year apart) and noticed after four months my skin and inflammation worsened on both occasions. I really wanted it to work!

No improvement after nearly 3 months
I am over two months in and can see no improvement in my psoriasis as a result of taking this probiotic.
It was expensive so won’t be continuing with additional purchases .

I found my skin got a lot worse while I was taking your supplement. I gave it a try and was disappointed that I didnt see amy improvement.
The taste is chalky and fairly unpleadant - although I eould not advocate extra ingrediwnts just to make it taste better.

We noticed that you were able to take AxisBiotix for around two months. We generally recommend to all our customers that the supplement is taken consistently for at least 3–6 months, depending on the severity of the condition, in order to give the body time to adjust and for benefits to be seen.
It’s also worth noting that some people may experience what we call a “purging phase” when starting out. This can mean the skin temporarily worsens before it begins to improve, as the body adjusts to the changes in the gut–skin axis.
While everyone’s experience is different and results can vary, we do genuinely value your feedback. Your comments about taste have also been noted and passed on to our development team.
