While we do not want to share private account information on a public platform, we can say that you currently have one open trade on your account.
As long as part of your funds is currently engaged on the market, it is not possible to withdraw the entirety of the funds as this would lower your margin and cause a stop out.

Se aprovecharon de mi quería ingresar con lo básico y mediante estrategias de palabras me inducieron a colocar 2000 dólares , el broker mintió diciendo que las operaciones eran protegidas y a la final no lo fueron, me hicieron perder el capital en tres semanas y se portaron muy groseros conmigo no lo recomiendo es estafa, no usaban el take profit ni stop loss haciéndome estar pendiente de cada operación lo cual te provoca ansiedad no les recomiendo

You created your account in January 2023 and proceeded to make your first investment. Throughout this time, you had several lengthy phone conversations with the agent assisting you, and it remains unclear when or if you were informed that your trades would be protected.
However, we want to emphasize that it is always your responsibility to monitor your trades, regardless of whether you set stop-loss or take-profit limits, trade with a robot, use social trading, or even trade under the guidance of a banker.
Ultimately, the responsibility for your trading activity and its outcome, whether positive or negative, rests with you.
Additionally, it is important to clarify that neither stop-loss nor take-profit settings guarantee the safety of your trades nor ensure profitability, as these tools are designed to assist in risk management rather than guarantee specific outcomes.
As you are aware, financial markets are extremely volatile. This volatility enables millions of traders worldwide to generate profits through speculation but also carries risks. When you registered for an account on our website, you accepted our Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure Notice. This same Risk Disclosure is displayed at the bottom of every page on our website and in the footer of all our promotional emails.

My name is Sara, an Egyptian. I live in Kuwait. I would like to write my story with Axia. I deposited an amount after Axia promised me that as soon asI send them $500, I will receive profits. I informed them that I do not have this amount & their reply me that they will reduced it to $470I asked my husband to borrow this amount & promised him to return it after few days with profits , as Axia promised me .After I sent the amount, this person from Axia called me asking to send more and to take out a loan and send it, but I refused. When I informed my husband this story, he asked me to withdraw the money because he suspected that Axia were fraudsters.I tried to call the numbers that Axia is calling from, but it appeared to me that the numbers were incorrect, and when I returned to the call center in Kuwait, they told me that these numbers are temporary and not landline. Fraudsters use them so that their location is not known and they steal people’s money after deceiving them.Then I made a withdrawal of the amount from Axia platform, and about a month passed without the amount being returned to me, so I sent many emails to Axia asking them why, and their reply was that I had made a chargeback at the bank and that I had to wait!! Note that I have never used a charge pack at the bank, and I do not know this process, and I did not return to the bank. I did not receive any response from them when I told them about that!!! Please return my amount.

As you were clearly explained about 10 days ago when you reached out to our support department via chat, you initiated a chargeback through your payment provider, either your bank or credit card provider.
For this reason, the funds that were on your trading account are currently held by the payment processor - not by us! - pending the outcome of the chargeback process.
This unfortunately can take a few months to get resolved.
If you had reached out to us directly and requested a withdrawal, the funds would have been processed back to the card you used to deposit within 3 business days, however since you decided to involve the payment system, it is out of our hands until we get information on the outcome of the process.

For the record, we can see that you tried to chargeback a number of your transactions however you were not successful in doing so.
It is unfortunate that your trading activity did not bear the result you expected however, as we clearly state on our Risk Disclosure Notice, which you accepted at the time of registration, trading CFD is not without risk, and one should consider whether they can afford to take the high risk of losing your investment.

If you are the owner of account number 4392389, we can absolutely certify that this review is absolutely false! You invested $470, not remotely close to 10,000$! You were granted a credit on deposit. You engaged in trading and and even generated profits (!!) in the amount of $12 before requesting to withdraw your funds. Why would you claim that you could not withdraw if you did actually withdraw more money than you invested and this was done almost a year ago!
If you did not receive your funds, you can contact us directly but we ask that you stop spreading false statements.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we take our customer satisfaction very seriously. Since you have not provided any context or information about your account with Axia, we will assume that you are the holder of account #3332657.
Your first deposit was in April of 2023 and the last was in May of 2023. We are quite surprised that you waited this long to post this review but nevertheless, we are happy to address your concerns.
We can see that you withdrew funds from your account several times within days of your deposits, at times within less than 24 hours, which in itself sound somewhat suspicious.
You opened only 3 positions, unfortunately generated a loss of about 750 USD as the market was going against your trades.
You then decided to withdraw the rest of your funds and close your account, and this was done without delay.
We must admit that the reason for this review is absolutely unclear to us.
