Ces personnes ont été gentilles avec moi au début, mais elles m'ont ensuite escroqué. J'ai été escroqué de près de 55 000 euros au total. Le premier contact a été établi avec l'administrateur de la plate-forme. Il nous a contactés, nous a trompés et nous a persuadés de faire de plus en plus de dépôts. J'ai toujours su que quelque chose n'allait pas, mais il me disait de me détendre, qu'il avait tout sous contrôle, alors qu'en réalité il me mentait tout le temps. Il a fini par inventer une histoire selon laquelle il avait eu un grave accident et qu'il était à l'hôpital. Lorsqu'il est sorti de l'hôpital, il a été remplacé par un autre assistant administratif, qui a bien sûr raconté la même histoire dans un scénario différent. Nous avons travaillé pendant deux mois lorsqu'il nous a redemandé d'investir un paquet de mesures pour 15 000 euros avec l'intention que le compte ne meure pas et que nous paniquions et payions uniquement à cause de l'argent que nous avions investi. Une semaine s'est écoulée et il a demandé 7 000 euros supplémentaires pour stabiliser le compte, ce que nous n'avons pas accepté, et je lui ai demandé de rendre l'argent. Il a refusé ouvertement et s'est moqué de moi. Cela m'a pris des mois de recherche, mais j'ai finalement trouvé une issue, j'ai déposé une plainte et j'ai reçu mon remboursement dans les 2 semaines. This trading hub is down, just like countless similar apps that never stand the test of time. Continuing with their offerings is pointless, it all leads to a dead end. Interestingly, this was not something I encountered on the comp in my review title,d. A worthwhile journey all along.

This company limited my account activity, for no apparent reason; requesting a large amount of sensitive. personal documentation before they would allow me access to "my" own money! You cannot talk with anyone as there is a no phone contact policy with this company; (seriously they do not use telephones). They take an absolute age to respond to email, and have now tied my limited funds up for over a month, stopping me from investing or even withdrawing my own investment I have sent more than 30 emails now and they are ignoring me I have had to raise this with aldwychsec'urities and take legal actions.

I will forever be grateful to retrieve Radar for granted me another hopeful life experience to enjoy my labor.

Siden september 2022 har jeg haft en konto hos Axe Market og betalt , betalt og betalt! Efter nogen tid vil jeg gerne have mine penge retur, men det kunne kun gøres ved at indbetale skat / depositum / sikkerhed!
Det har jeg gjort 3 til 4 gange men hver gang lykkedes det ikke på grund af nogen problemer hos dem!
De kom med alverdens undskyldninger hele tiden og til sidst måtte jeg opgive og se i øjnene at mine penge er gået tabt! Er der nogen der kan hjælpe mig og måske alle de andre som er i samme situation?

I am finding it very hard to contact anybody from AXE Market, I can't access their website or have anybody answer an email or ever a message in What's app, so if anybody has any ideas they would be welcome or the name of a reputable company that can trace them, I have evidence if required.

This company is a total scam. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY... I have reported them to Scam watch and will be taking matters further .I was contacted by Harry from AXE Market the other day and he told me he will help me transfer the balance to my Binance account. which he did, however what he didn't tell me is that a day after an Alexandra Jones would contact me to tell me that i have to pay a fee of $1700 to get my money back to my binanance account. She said this was a transaction fee that needed to be paid. I told her to take of the balance of the transfer she said not you have to deposit that money to the account then they release the funds. AT every step they try to pull more money out of your pocket. I am so disappointed that i succumbed to this scam however i am not the last but i do hope who ever is thinking of investing money with this company DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING. I hope i help at least one person not to fall for this SCAMMMMMMM

This company is very dodgy and I believe them to be a scam operation. Any questions I had were never answered to my satisfaction, the people I spoke to were extremely rude when addressing my concerns and speaking over the top of the customer, my id was never confirmed to set up but they required my personal and banking info to close my account (which still isn’t completed) and claiming I can’t do the process myself, my request to speak to a manager was ignored, the phone number is not connected, and the website doesn’t function as it should (eg. it doesn’t display the info requested from the menu, and the online chat is never responded to), and they provide no means to contact the company except the disconnected phone number. Furthermore, google maps show their location to be a deserted suburban shop. If all of this doesn’t add up to ‘scam’ I don’t know what does.

We have also been scammed. No reply from Alexa Jones and I tried to call London but the number was disconnected. I send emails everyday with no reply to Alexa. How can people be so heartless

These people are thieves and scammers. Do not let your relatives get involved with this scam. This is a scam where they keep asking for more money and fake promises of unrealistic earnings in your account. They are preying on elderly people. Delete their numbers, delete their apps, stay away from these thieves.

After joining the platform with a manager activation named Jonathan P.,from bit trade pro 360,they start calling me and pushing me on transferring consistent amounts of money to increase my free margin and potentially make some profit out of it.A very well spoken broker Antonio G.presented himself as a broker from Axe market ,he was extremely consistent on calling me always with different number and texting me through WhatsApp to guide me through the trading process.
To cut the story short I lost almost 15000 ,if I wanted to get some profit back only way I was told was to make a final transfer of 3.9usd and then to withdraw the eventual profit,I did refuse ,my account was blocked and bye bye money.try to ask for help on the online chat,and calling the company but the number seems to not exist,fews days later a very aggressive lady called me pretending to be from the financial department and asking for my bank details so she could transfer some profit my trades made …but to set it free I had to pay them back the 3.9 usd and if I didn’t she threatened me to get the company to start some legal action against me !! Unbelievable!!!
Now I don’t know if some scammers has been using this company name for illicit purposes,but I definitely reported everything to the authorities and to some specialist scam and fraud company.an investigation is under place,had to put my phone under control as well because of the threat i received.
If anyone had similar experience just don’t stay silent and report it as I did!!!there are services out there who can support and help people victims of scams and fraud as I did .

I am having all sorts of trouble with the axe who have only their Jen interests in their mind it is getting to the abusive stage on the phone
Withdrawing money is also non existent or at best troublesome
One comment was it is a trading platform not a bank account I still believe it should be manageable

Their live chat has not worked for at least a month. It is a dead chat.
Have attempted to withdraw funds and it sticks on "pending" and the "next" button does not respond. Any email sent to support is ignored and my personal account advisor or whatever does not respond to emails. I have been trying to withdraw funds for more than a week - may actually be more than two weeks.

Tip for consumers:
They cannot be connected on site or via email. You are basically using a dumb website.

Watch out before you send them money. STAY OUT.
Those very well trained people only want one thing; you making deposits, as many and as high as possible. You'll get nothing in return.
My account manager Hellen Miller did twice the same trick. She reopened (a deposit was needed for that) twice, positions that have bin closed automatically, bud she took, on purpose, the wrong ones. The balance came down and a new deposit had to be done, again. I got 2 responses: one is twisting the truth around so it became my own mistake, second, only one solution: deposit.

Something is realy wrong here,
I found out now that they manipulate your balance with bringing in and out. I can't see one of my deposits on the place where thy should stand. Same story about the one and only withdrawal.

About that withdrawal, she send me the prove of leaving to my binance-wallet, with here name on it. How is that possible? I still haven't recieved it! The test payment of €10, haha that one I did.
And only possible passing Binance?

I was supposed to make over 15k today, A deposit of 5k, bonus 5k and withdrawal of 10k was the deal. Can you guess which part didn't worked out like promised? Hellen surprised me again with a margin level call, so instead of making money, positions will close down again automatically. You know where that leads us too... and it was not in a friendly way she asked, it was threatening, aggressive.
(She brought back in an old position of oil, 8.5k negative, it makes that there is no profit to take elsewhere)

This is not a broker, this is stealing. These people are thieves.

Always promises about an immediate withdrawal, so they only work with the bonus, makes you use money you need for other things. Believe me, they don't care. Once she wrote: ask someone else the money.

I realy don't get where they get positive reviews from. Because of those, I stept in. Did they tried it? Before you get positive, yes it looks nice, but try to make some money there. It won't happen. You will be robbed.

They just closed my account because i Want transfer anymore money to Them i closed a deal Yesterday on the Gold and have 284.97 euro on my account i was trying to get Them out the 12 of september and nothing has happen yet they littrally steal your money and Will not pay Them out a real fraud Company i have screenshoots of it all also from the pendling with date and everything about our conversation with Them

My 81 year old father in law just got ripped off 75k by this scam company.
