I am very happy with my first purchase from Axa Charms. Having bought a number of charms for a gift I found that one charm didn't fit the bracelet. My issue was dealt with promptly and a more suitable charm was despatched immediately.
Customer service at Axa Charms is excellent, the products are very pretty and I will definitely be buying from them again. And again.

Quick delivery and really pleased with my charms. I ordered one initially and had no issues with delivery or the charm, a Disney Mickey sorcerer, which looks the same as on the pandora website. I've since ordered 5 more and again extremely pleased with my charms, all Disney to complete my Disney charm bracelet and arrived within a week. So much cheaper than pandora and I can't tell the difference, I have genuine pandora charms to compare. I have only positive things to say about this site and paid using PayPal incase of any issues.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased 3 charms for my mums new Pandora bracelet. Within 3 months, the charms went completely black and rusty, and also ruined the other genuine Pandora charms and bracelet. Contacted the company and they took no responsibility.

I have ordered few days ago, charms were amazing. I was having doubts on some points but I dicussed with their customer support and they helped me alot.

Paid for tracked delivery which was 3-5 days. Took over a week to come. They tried to say I didn't pay for tracked or quick ship but I had proof. Customer service was a joke, took ages to reply and very rude.
Items that came were actually nice and looked like picture. However the customer service has put me off ordering.

AVOID!!!
The order was placed on 23rd July. According to the tracking, Evri received the parcel, but there has been no update since then. I contacted customer service, and it took over 24 hours to receive a response. They said I should receive the parcel on August 1st, but today is 4th Augus and I still haven't received anything. The tracking still shows "We’ve got it."This situation feels highly suspicious. The provided phone number doesn’t work, and the listed London address appears to be a residential area. This is beginning to look like a SCAM!

This was my second order with this company and I have to say a big thank you! I ordered two charms and a chain link, and again I was super impressed, not only with what I received but the delivery also was extremely quick. Received everything on-time for my daughter's 16th birthday. She loved every item! Great service, and extremely good value. Thank you

Bought a birthstone charm from here and it came so fast and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend. :)

Fortunately only spent £15 as thought too good to be true. And was right.
No delivery after 4wks. Have requested refund a 2nd time. Never know...I might get it.

I ordered a few weeks ago. But did not find tracking. I contacted their customer support team, and they replied within an hour. Amazing customer support service. Amazing charms came to me. I recommend this company.

Well I was very sceptical when I was placing order for my Star Wars charms last week, but I have to say I was positively surprised! Charms arrived in 3 days, tracking was available basically from the moment when I placed order. I ordered them on Friday, and Sunday they’re arrived. Charms are very good quality, they look amazing on my Pandora bracelet. Highly recommended! X

Order a few charms off this site , all have come as described. Fast delivery and bargain price would definitely recommend.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Ordered a Scottish Cow bracelet charm but on arrival was poor quality, engraving of cow was very fine rather than nice and clear. Used their contact form and also email to complain but have heard nothing.

Ordered 1 charm to check how it went after reading the bad reviews. Charm arrived quickly but was missing several “gems”. Asked to return and for prepaid label but was told I had to pay for return. Why should I pay for return, not as if I chose to order a damaged charm??!! UPDATE. received full refund and did not need to return charm.

I ordered a charm at the beginning of the week from Axa Charms, it arrived within a couple of days, it's absolutely perfect.
I've ordered from Axa Charms for quite a while now, I've only had one blip, with that I contacted customer service, they replied within the hour and it was sorted straight away, I can't complain about that.
Everything that I've purchased from Axa Charms have arrived within a few days, all the charms have been fabulous.
If you take a picture of your purchase, and leave a review on their page, they give you a discount on your next purchase.
I read all the reviews on here when I first looked at Axa Charms, but there was no reviews on their site, but lots of here.
I found customer service very helpful, but I sent a message on their site, but I didn't expect a reply straight away, as I've stated, but there is a number you can ring, also there is a chat line,but I haven't used them.
Personally, they are a brilliant company, who sells fantastic charms, for wonderful prices. I will carry on using them.
That's why I've given them 5 stars.

I would definitely reorder as I was absolutely delighted with the charms that I received.I ordered six of them and they came quicker than expected I ordered them on the 6th and I received them on the 9th.

Charm fell apart after one week and contacted the company but just ignored! Initially but have since come back to me and refunded the full amount.

Don't waste your time with this company. My husband ordered a charm over 2 weeks ago on behalf of my daughter for her friend's birthday. As with other reviewers, received no email confirmation and the charm did not turn up but the money for it had been taken from our account. When I followed this up with customer services, I did get a response asking for the order number. Explained again that I had no order number since no order confirmation had arrived with this on/my husband hadn't made a note of this at the time of the order. Provided further detail on the purchase to try and locate the order, response was could I provide more details as order still couldn't be found. In the meantime, we did receive a refund for the full cost of the charm into our account (which seemed too much of a coincidence since 'the order could not be found' an hour or so previous). At least we received this and some responses to our customer service enquiries (unlike others) but the experience gives a sense this company is not trustworthy. My daughter is very disappointed that the charm did not arrive in time for her friend's birthday.

I bought charms for someone’s birthday a they really like them. Shipping services is also very fast. I hope to buy more in future

Recieved a wrong item in my order, I contacted them to tell them and it was all sorted very quickly ! Great customer service and great charms.
Definitely recommend. 5 stars
