I also purchased the 2 pair of glasses, they dont work. Cheap safety glasses.and i find it impossible to return. I should of known better. Why can't they just sell what they advertise. I hope they suffer some hardship for ripping off thousands of people who probably didn't have the money to afford glasses. Shame on you

I recently received the two pair of Smart Glasses I purchased from Awokp. They do not work as advertised. It does not zoom in an object automatically. I emailed 3 times to them to request return and refund. No response at all. I don’t recommend anybody to buy those glasses. It is a scam.

Worse experience with an ecommerce company ever.
I had placed order for items in the beginning of 2020 and neither delivered the items nor refunded the money. tried to reach out to their phone, email etc for support and refund process and non had replied to that. I am sure it is one of the biggest ever scam as company looted money for many customers and would be from many different countries and just vanished. customers might not have chased on the refund and might left that money instead of proceed with legal tangle by thinking of pain which it takes.

There should be a common platform where customers can raise the reviews and/or issues to take up correctly and if needed legally.

Suppliers file case against such fraud people he had licenses but no signature in banks account chqs they are highly professional thieves is there any law which can bring them to law in dubai all were related to each other they invested in uzbek.they used to say law cannot do anything and told suplliers if u complain u will not get ur payment

I am waiting since 5 months now everytime you are saying we will refund your money but nothing happen .... what is this.... you took money from hundreds of customers but you never refund their money....

I didn't receive my refund amount from AWOK even after 5 months

I try to make calls no one picked the call

Sent email no response
request for a call back no on called me

UAE-based e-commerce platform Awok.com closed down already thats why not replying nor answering calls.

My order #63091223A1 was auto-cancelled on July 4 but till now my money has not been refunded despite numerous calls, follow-ups. Will visit your office in JLT, please refund my money

Awok team automatically cancelled my May2020 orders#670-917-00A-1 and 679-668-91A-1 in Jun2020 month but gave me only half refund. The order total for both the orders including everything is AED 79 but I can only see a reversal entry of AED 40 on the credit card used for the purchase. I was never given any service so legally they cannot charge me any service charges or taxes. I do not understand why did they not refund the entire amount for both the orders. I've been trying to reach over email, phone but nobody ever answers. Expecting the team to look into the matter and call me on the registered nuber to discuss this and close the gaps.

Posting further update as of 22Aug2020: balance refund for AED 39 not yet done even after your acknowledgement on 14-Jul, over a month has passed with no refund for the remaining amount from the last order# 679-668-91A-1 placed in May2020. Please check and direct the relevant teams to act quickly.

To be honest. I have been a loyal customer for Awok.com for the past 3 years and this is my worst experience with them. I am in the process of opening a case of fraud and theft against them. My orders were doubled and I had to pay for that. Never less it was never delivered. They have to refund me over 400 aed and I have been waiting from March for this refund. I have emailed, whatsapp, called and NOTHING. I am very disgusted with them. And the cheek they have not to inform anyone about the current situation. We all know it's covid. But seriously everything is open so why should I wait 5 months for a refund. And this was even before lockdown.

I was ordered and paid to Awok with the Ref. # 231-855-81A-1, they cancelled my order but till now i didnt get my refund. And worst thing is no one response to my mail regarding my concern. What a bad experience to awok.

This is absolutely the most worst Online shopping in UAE. In reference to my order #90941787A1 cancelled on March 17, until now NO REFUND has been made despite numerous calls, follow-up and even raised to DMCC Freezone ECONOMY with complaint ticket # 00535922 but still No Resolution of refunding my money!! Im chasing my own money! How ridiculous you are guys considering with the current situation!

I'm waiting for my refund until now still showing in process #545-489-60A-1. Already 1 month why still in process. This is not acceptable...

Just as bad new emails sent out apologising for the mess and making promises but same mess these people take your money and dont deliver
