I would have checked their review before using them. They are SCAM. VPS went off after some days, I have written support for more than 5 occassions in the past 5days, but issue isn't resolved.

I should have read the reviews before, scam company selling lies RDP . for I paid for RDP, i never got it and i never get any response from the support team after multiple attempts, and i decided to pay for another one . and the rdp went off after 4 days and the support was telling me to use software to login with no explanation. fraud company, 100% scam . don't buy
Please don't ever try to use this guy, this guys won't offer you the right to restart your rdp if any issues should come up and you have to open a ticket for them to fix any issue {like restarting} this ticket some times might not be answered for like a week or on a very good day it takes 3 to 4 days for them to respond, on a bad day they just close your ticket with any response, the worst is they will terminate your server anytime they like with or with out an abuse report on your server.
This guys made me loose files worth more than 20k USD I put inside my RDP WITH THEM, till now no reason why my RDP was terminated, they just woke up one morning and said they would refund my money and they don't want to offer any service to me simply because i scolded at them for their unprofessional manner, this guys refuse me to even back up my files, Don't ever try to buy server from this guy..
I'm depressed and started life again because this guys.
I bought a server from them and i waited for 2 days and i asked them about it and they asked me for paypal transaction id and paypal id and i did that and now they changed mind and send back refund and said we can process only payments via other methods than paypal.
Well i replied back to them and tell them to take paypal off website if they want to use other payment method.
Very disappointed really not get a chance to get a server from them.
The WORST service I've ever seen
These guys are the most unprofessional people I have ever contacted. I submitted a ticket asking about a service, they answered once then ignored all my next questions by closing the ticket over and over again even though I was asking very politely. I kept a screenshot of the whole thing just in case they start pretending that this never happened.
STAY AWAY from AwesomeRDP. Don't expect a quality service from a company who can't even answer a ticket. The previous negative reviews are not a concidence, this company is really a true scam!
They used to be good, right now they are plain scum. Support is almost non existent, they reply to tickets after 2 or 3 days, they are never available on skype. Lately they also keep skipping servers so you must continuously check your mailbox in case they send you a ticket with your new login details. If you are abroad like it happened twice to me and you don't have the possibility to backup your datas in 24 hours, you will lose everything. Stay away from these indian incompetents.
Bought Rdp No Logins provided for 3 days, not replying to tickets also. VERY BAD
Very very very very bad customer service.
After 15 days of use, my rdp didnt want to start anymore, so I tried to get in touch with them.
They don't reply to any message... been trying to contact them by opening a ticket, facebook, email, etc but TO NO AVAIL....
The data on the rdp is of high importance to me, should've kept it at a safer and more trustworthy provider.
This review will be modified/deleted whenever my case is solved, so please look into this...
They never answer a ticket, they never install the programs you want and the pre-installed programs do not have a serial. Choose another rdp if you do not want to spend your money in vain

Rdp is quite cheap.but their perfomace and service and support is very bad.I bought two admin rdp.first time i paid for 100gb HDD but i got 50gb HDD, i sent a ticket and then after 2day they fixed that problem!i siad it's okay. then i used that rdp for 30day and then i closed that and bought a new one! and then i paid for 200gb HDD but got 100gb HDD.i saying wt* is going on. then i sent again ticket and they fixed it after 4day -_- . and then the performance of that rdp is really bad and that server was too laggy.this is why i give them 2star.
I use this RDP 3 years ago and i don't have problems all go well
they took my money and never provided me the service nor refunded by money . stay away
they are going to close the website and are not ready to refund my money.. stay away
