I woukd like to say that I had a great experience booking my surf trip over awave travel!
Got all the needed information provided, also extra questions I had about my location and personal curiosity about the surf conditions and spots. It was all organized very professional so I had nothing to worry about, just followed the schedule and the info I got.
I had a blast on my surf trip and I would like to point out that one of the main reasons was the organization behind and the services I got from awave plus the surf houses I stayed, all I had to worry about is to be on time for my transfers that were all organized in advance, surfing and eating time and this was planned very well everyday according to the conditions we had, eating schedule was always flexible for two to three hours according to when we have best surfing conditions! Never before I had a surf trip like this, where I had no worries or time consuming decisons on where to surf at what time, this was like a dream getting the schedule for everyday and knowing that this are the best possible spots for that time of the day, also variety of spots was great, always found something that works even on the days you thought there is nothing to surf, the surf houses I was were trying very hard to provide us the best surf situation possible everyday. I would definitely recommend booking over awave travel if you want a good surf experience, where you have all the info you ask for and not have to worry about anything on your trip just surf!

Will definitely book my next surf trips over you again as you make it very easy and very comfortable!

Giulia and James are top professionals: I will be using Awave for all my future surf trips. I have been surfing for 30 years and travelled the world so I have dealt with a lot of agents. Awave is in the top spot as far as I am concerned. I spent 10 days with them on a boat trip in Maldives’ central atolls: not only their recommendations were spot on but being a boutique agency they tailor the surf experience to the very specific needs.
They are surfers (real chargers) and know personally each spot and surf operator they recommend (wtether it is a guest house or a resort or a boat).

A special mention to Dhaboa and the captain who took me out surfing! I cannot speak highly enough about their friendly, helpful and straight up on point expertise. With Dhaboa picking the spots to surf and tips on where to sit to catch the best waves on the day, to the wonderful captain himself, filming and sending me videos of the waves I caught.
Absolute legends! Made my surf trip!

Professional and Top Notch! From the moment we started planning our trip AWAVE was responsive and professional. We had a lot of back and forth picking the perfect location and resort and James and Giulia were patient and helpful. The resort we stayed at, AYADA in the Maldives, was beautiful and relaxing- great for families and couples! It was perfect for us- we have 1 surfer in the family, he was able to enjoy the waves and we also were able to enjoy the reef and snorkel as a family. Our kids loved the kids club and the private pool on the beach villas was amazing. The alcohol is expensive if you don’t do full board but that is to be expected.

Giulia was an amazing person to book with.

I was overwhelmed with choices initially, but AWAVE knew their stuff and helped me with my options and even suggested delaying my trip so I could go to a certain hotel which ended up being the best decision I made all year.

James Colston was my representative from AWAVE - I’m an older solo surfer and James was attentive, respectful, extremely responsive from the initial planning stages all the way through the booking. This is the second time I've used Awave for a trip to the maldives. Stayed in 2 different resorts this time.

They've always been incredibly prompt at replying and handled everything for us, making sure the 2 Resorts were in touch to get us transfered half way through our trip.

At one of the resorts I even bumped into Giulia and Delia who were out there surfing at the time.

There's no doubt in my mind that I'll use awave again if I'm booking a surf trip

James from Awave booked our trip to the Maldives and was fantastic to deal with and got us a great price. Would recommend him.
