AVS Group have performed exceptionally. Alex was always very responsive through the sales and coordination of installation services. The install detail was very meticulous and detailed. They did not rush through and leave sloppy work. Very professional. The quality of these doors are top notch. No corners cut. Even through a supply chain challenge with some of the glass, AVS was very communicative on status. Once doors arrived a problem was immediately noticed with glass being wrong tint. Without hesitation Alex informed me not to pay him for the door until he gets it 100% correct with new glass. Can’t expect any better. I’ll buy more doors from AVS.

This beautiful contemporary garage door was the finishing touch in giving our home its new look. AVS Group was super responsive from day one. Alex is a great communicator. He came out promptly after I contacted them and measured to complete a free estimate. We had to delay a couple or three months due to finances and Alex honored the price, came out again to make sure his notes were correct, sent me a link to order the opener directly to save a few dollars, and gave us an installation date a couple of weeks out so they could make our door. The installers arrived promptly as promised and worked most of the day to remove the old door and opener and make sure the new door and opener were working smoothly. All in all, we received a quality door and a great customer service experience.
