Amazing service by Lucy at Avivo lighting
Nothing was too much trouble, she made the whole process from choosing the suitable light fitting to the payment and delivery information so straightforward.
I would highly recommend this company.
Many thanks.
It was a great pleasure dealing Avivo and Lucy in particular. Our light fitting arrived very quickly and excellent advice on the light fitting.
The lights look great!
The service from Avivo has been a pleasant experience, Although there was a problem with one of the lights the issue was dealt with quickly and professionally by people who, genuinely care about their products and
their company.
Lucy's after-sales service was really helpful as we struggled through the nightmare of Brexit form filling, bureaucracy and language barriers, to secure delivery of our lights abroad. The lights are marvellous! We would highly recommend Lucy at Avivo.
From start to finish Avivo Lighting and especially Lucy have been excellent to deal with.
I originally got in touch with Lucy about the Mosaic ceiling light and arranged to view it in their Oxford showroom. Lucy was knowledgable about all their products and very friendly.
I loved the Mosaic ceiling light. I enquired about a floor lamp to match, however at the time they didn’t produce a floor lamp. Lucy soon got in touch with the design team and a suitable design was created. They made sure it was compliant with the regulations and that it met health and safety standards.
After a couple of months I am now in possession of my bespoke floor lamps to match my ceiling lights and I am very pleased with them.
Safe to say, Avivo Lighting have gone above and beyond to meet my requirements. This is very hard to find nowadays.
Our recent experience with Avivo Lighting has been an absolute excellent experience. We have found their products to be of superior quality.
Avivo Lighting’s customer care after service was superb, caring and very responsive.
We would recommend Avivo Lighting as truly a fantastic company to deal with.
