Would give zero stars if possible. My wife bought a coat which when arrived did not match the quality advertised. The actual coat was of a far inferior quality. Contacted the vendor via email as no instructions on how to return. They asked for photos of the item and packaging it arrived in which we duly provided. They then said we’d have to pay the return postage of around £20 and it would likely take about a month to get a refund although no return address or instructions provided. They actually suggested we give the item to charity and they would give a 15% discount on next order. How they could expect us to buy another inferior item which might have to be returned at inflated cost and long delays in getting a refund before we got a refund for the first item is beyond me.
Seems like a highly suspicious vendor and the quality of goods compared to the quality indicated on the website needs looking at by Trading Standards.
Would advise anyone to avoid this retailer at all costs based on our experience.

This company is a Scam. Don’t know how they sleep at night. Ordered two bathing suits for my wife. She normally wears an xsmall. Ordered a small because it did not come in xsmall and it’s way too small for her to wear. Contacted them the same day we received the clothing. Wanted to send back and get a size medium. They said keep it and give it away as a gift to someone. But in order to get the larger size they will sell it to me at a 50% discount. Or they will send me the new size with a shipping fee of $ 40.00. These are two bathing suits and don’t weigh anything and would fit in a small shipping bag as they came in. There website says 30 day refund guarantee.

Nowhere on their web site can I find their physical address.
