Shipped a huge digital display asked the guy in the office if he wanted to look at it plug it in because I wanted him to see it was brand new and no damage and since it was so big I wanted to get insurance on it…he said no it look like it is new and fine he said that I did not need to pay extra for insurance because they will cover whatever the replacement value of the package if damaged in shipping… I ask if he wanted me to strap a crate to the front of the box to prevent it from getting damaged and he said that not to worry they would take care of it and make sure that it did not get damaged… and of course it did so 8600$ dollar digital display down the drain the 495$ they charged me to ship it down the drain and they now have given me every excuse in the world of why they are not paying for it they do not stand behind anything they say or say on their website about caring about their customers!

The manager I was hired under unfortunately passed away. His replacement was very much undesirable to work for. On a team of 7 drivers I was the only female. On several occasions I came to my acting manager about the lack of miles I was receiving compared to the other drivers. For months I dealt with that until I finally used my chain of command who addressed the issue with the manager. Then it got better.

I was in an accident, no fault of my own, my truck was deemed inoperable and was taken to a junk yard. I was injured in the accident and was told to take an under to and from the hospital. The next 3 days I was forced to lay injured, low on water and food in a broke down truck in the junkyard. Several times I offered to buy my own plane ticket but was told I wouldn't be reimbursed. They were so worried about getting the truck back from Massachusetts to Virginia and not at all worried about me nor my injuries until I called corporate. That manager must have gotten a fire light under him because it was the next day I was approved to purchase my own plane ticket with the promise of reimbursement.

Returning from my injuries in ready to hit the road again. Another drives truck was in the shop so he was using my truck, no big deal. Now all of my personal items were still in my truck. My load was scheduled a few days out. I was told by the manager he was going to rent a truck. Now instead of placing the other driver in the rental I was told to get my stuff out of my truck and use the rental until his truck is fixed. Then I can move back into my truck. I asked how that made any sense and I quote " I don't want to inconvenience the other driver". It was that day I had enough. I was no treated fair not once with the new manager and no matter how hard I tried to resolve the issues or move from that dedicated account I was getting no reprieve. After one year and and 4 months I gave my notice to resign

They showed up on time, the driver was very nice and helpful (since I had never shipped before). Easy to track the load. I would absolutely use them again.
