The products have always been good and when there has been an issue Kevin Campbell has always been able to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
My only suggestion is the way in which the telephone is answered. If someone in leadership could simply call the toll free number and listen I am confident that they will agree.

Bait and Switch Bad Business Practice!
Placed an order on Nov. 6, received tracking on Nov. 7. A week later my accounting department informed me they had refunded our money. I checked the tracking number and it was invalid. I then see that they are listing the 8 switches I purchased at $425 per unit, at a new price of $599 per unit. Customer service is unresponsive. The manager Jessica that I spoke with pretty much told me "nothing I can do". Sad, I was a repeat customer but never again. Buyer beware with this company. I see a lot of complaints on the BBB website as well!

Needed a replacement server
Needed a server to replace one that went bad. They had an exact match setup the same as ours. Just swapped Hard Drives and changed the time. Went as I had hoped it would.

Purchased a license
Purchased a license, had to interact with customer service / technical support no less than 8 times. Issue still remains unresolved, and license remains undelivered 2 weeks later. Completely unacceptable, will not be doing any further business, and would actively steer others away from doing business with this firm as well.

Wrong Product delivered
The web site is informative and easy. The sale experience went well. However the wrong product arrived and had to be returned for a credit card refund. I am still waiting for that.
