I received a call when expected and the precsription I needed was faxed promptly to my pharmacy.

My experience with this online clinic was FAR better than the urgent care. The doctor handled things with compassion and sensitivity. I really appreciate them taking the time to care for people.

Dr. Abiola Laju Imasogie called right on time and she was nice to talk to. She quickly remedied a treatment and was genuine in her care.

My appt was exactly on time. My concerns were addressed. The doctor made me feel heard and understood. Although it was over the phone, I felt seen by a doctor. Thank you.

I have not been able to get in to see any clinic doctor for a few years. I was able to book online here and talk to a doctor the same day, get my meds renewed and bloodwork ordered and x-ray requisition. All in about 10 minutes. I will use Avee again until I get a doctor.

Where we live, there are no doctors or walk-in clinics available. So far all we've had was Telus Health to take care of my son's ADHD once we moved to BC and Urgent Care. My son is urgently out of medication and we were told to try this "Avee" outfit. In the call, my son was just brushed off and ignored entirely. He has a diagnosis from a psychiatrist for ADHD and has had medication for many months and was stable and now he will have nothing suddenly because of the lack of medical care available. The doctor didn't even listen to my son at all. He wasn't even able to get a refill for his cream for eczema or escitalopram either (not even controlled medication) The doctor simply wrote him off and couldn't be bothered. Wonderful first experience!! I guess soon we'll be having to go to emergency in the hospital because there is nothing else! Funny that the pharmacist, urgent care all recommend trying these scam outfits! I'm sure they're great if you just need to talk to a doctor about a cold but for something that needs real care, this company throws you under the bus!

I was very happy to be called ahead of my scheduled appointment. I had been suffering some back pain for more than 24 hours and Dr. Sharma quickly ascertained the problem and prescribed an anti inflammatory. The prescription was faxed to my nearby pharmacy quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with not only the speed of service but by Dr. Sharma's care and suggestions for healing. Will definately use Avee Health again.

I was having issues with my cell phone provider and the towers being out of service, which caused me to miss my 1st appointment. The support was really helpful and I was able to rebook my appt with no issues.
