So fast, zero frustration
No download, an appointment was available within the hour, the dr called within the estimated time frame, the total appointment took less than 5 minutes. Dr was pleasant and communicated clearly, listening as well as talking. Zero frustration with this service!

Unhelpful for ADHD medication refills.
Don’t even try to go here if you have ADHD and take Vyvanse. They canceled both of the appointments I tried to make, I assume becuase of the medication I’m trying to get refilled.

Our physicians make independent clinical decisions based on each patient's individual situation. For controlled medications, including stimulants such as Vyvanse, virtual walk-in care may not be the most appropriate setting. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, requests for certain controlled medications may not be suitable for this type of service.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were seeking continuity of care. We're genuinely sorry that we were not able to provide the level of service you deserved on this occasion.

This Doctor was a "Very Good" listener. He was very thorough and polite while doing so. He answered my questions clearly and resolved my issues. However, the first doctor I talked to was from a foreign country and her English was so poor I could not understand her at all. No results from the International doctor.

Wonderful Service
I have used Avee Health on some occasions and I’d found each doctor I’ve spoken with to be very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Today was no different. The doctor I spoke with today was very helpful and understanding and I’m so very thankful for the service I’ve received each time I’ve needed someone to talk with. The service is awesome and for those of us who either have no family doctor or must wait 2 months or more for an appointment, this service is wonderful. Thanks you to all the doctors who have treated me.

Everything went very smoothly
Everything went very smoothly, was a Sunday and doctor not on site but received a prompt phone call. Doctor gave me a lot of great info to manage my pain and texted xray requisition. I visited the care facility - in and out in no time. Very impressed!

This Sunday, I was suffering from menstrual pain. Didn’t want to go to emergency and wait for hours. Was able to book an appointment with doc in half an hour and prescribed a medicine that helped relieve pain. So thankful to Avee health
