Excellent service

Goods ordered are always delivered promptly and the offers i.e. 20% off really help so all in all as a company you're doing very well.

Good products but no gift wrapping options

Good products, deducting 2 stars for poor gift wrapping. I indicated in the order that, if available, I'd like to request for the 4 products I purchased to be gift wrapped. Wrapping the bottles in sheer wrapping paper is not gift wrapping in my opinion. It'd be great if a gift wrapping option (proper box, bow etc) was available at check out, at no additional cost, similar to how other high end brands do it.
