Scam company! Never received my order…it’s been almost 3 years now!

Bad quality product

Totally scam, after returning the items because they didn’t fit to me, they didn’t return my money, even I sent them emails, proof and evidence, never got my money back, be careful people they are scammer’s

I ordered 2 jumpers, however I didn’t like the fit of the jumpers. Can’t return them as there’s no option of starting a return as apparently they’re still on its way even though I received my order nearly a month ago. I have emailed twice for assistance for a return. Yet I haven’t had a response and looks like I won’t get my money back.

Worst experience ever, I return an item as it was saying Large but it wasn’t large .( maybe an Asian large) and they never gave me the money back , I have send them multiple times email to send me the money back and still nothing no response at all. I spoke with my bank if they can do something and they said they couldn’t so I just wasted £60

Bought a coat seams bust after less than a month, then zip has become, faulty Like others have stated the company will not reply to any form of communication,

Scam! Do not buy from this company.
I’ve purchased an item but it was extremely cheaply made, kind of stretched, so I returned it. I can see on the tracking that the item had been received.
They don’t respond to emails whatsoever. Thankfully, I paid via PayPal, so I’m hoping they will sort this out for me.
I’ve purchased the item on the 24th November and the case is still ongoing.

My coat ripped after about 4 uses. I’ve messaged their customer service and also all of their social media pages and been totally ignored.

I have emailed this company six times about my order with no response. I've also contacted them via all their active social media accounts with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM.
